On Broadway,
Allegra’s interactive theater work-shop, trains campers in acting, voice, movement,make-up and costumes. Campers learn acting by wayo entertaining games and exercises that strengthenmemory, acting and perormance skills. They delveinto scene study, improvisation and physical comedyroutines, excitedly rehearsing or the theatrical pro-gram they will perorm at the end o the session. Thepoise and condence they gain rom this workshopwill translate successully to other endeavors!
Stage Crew/ Set Design:
Working with anexperienced artist, Allegra campers create sets using ageneralized art ormat, covering a wide range o media. This is where the artist within each o them really shines.The nal result...Beautiul sets and props designed andcreated by our Allegra campers.Fill your summer with un at the Allegra SummerFun Theater camp. No experience necessary! Ourcamp is ideal or beginners as well as actors who areinterested in expanding their perormance skills.Campers rom ages 8 to 15 all enjoy our perormingarts Day Camp, while learning new skills to advancetheir perormance ability.Allegra’s Summer Fun Theater camp ocuses onmusical theater as it teaches campers undamentaland advanced techniques in acting, perormancereadiness, stage singing, backdrop design, produc-tion and stage crew. Each day campers participatein three workshops - acting, music and backdropproduction. Kids learn best by doing and they do itall at Allegra’s Summer Fun Theater Camp.All o our camp instructors are proessionallytrained and experienced in theater and stage, creat-ing a stimulating environment where campers candiscover and develop their creative side. Their complete camp experience culminates in agrand perormance in ront o parents and riends.
