SUMMARY
:
The Defense Science BoardTask Force on Test and Evaluation willmeet in closed session on May 27–28,1998 at Strategic Analysis, Inc., 4001 N.Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia.The mission of the Defense ScienceBoard is to advise the Secretary of Defense through the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technologyon scientific and technical matters asthey affect the perceived needs of theDepartment of Defense. At this meetingthe Task Force will review the entirerange of activities relating to Test andEvaluation and recommend new andinnovative ways that the T&Ecommunity can better support thewarfighter.In accordance with Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act,Public Law 92–463, as amended (5U.S.C. App. II, (1994)), it has beendetermined that this DSB Task Forcemeeting concerns matters listed in 5U.S.C. 552b(c)(1) (1994), and thataccordingly this meeting will be closedto the public.
