There are three versions of this document available from the Governors Library.org. You are looking at number 3 in the list below. 1. This document is the official FINAL FULL TEXT as published by the GPO. Date: Feb. 17, 2009 signed by President Obama 2. The "House Conference Report on the American Recovery and Revitalization Act of 2009..." shows last-minute House amendments and acceptance of Senate amendments. Date: FEb 12, 2009 as published in the Fed. Register 3. The "Senate Version of the American Recovery and Revitalization Act of 2009..." shows the language stricken from the original bill by the Senate's amendments. The title page of the document is entitled "In the House..." because it originated in the House. Date: Feb. 10, 2009 as passed by the Senate Time Line: item 3 (Senate Amend. Feb. 10) --> item 2 (Conf. Report Feb. 12) --> item 1 (Public Law, Feb. 17, 2009 signed by President Obama) — By the Conservator of the GovernorsLibrary.org

This is the final raw legislation showing exactly what the Senate struck down (removed from the House version). This is complete and final and is the same as our other posted document entitled "Public Law American Recovery and Revitalization Act of 2009; Economic Stimulus Act signed by President Obama," which has our logo on the cover. The difference between this H.R.1 document and the other posted version is that THIS document you are looking at shows the Senate's strike-outs (deletion instructions for the print shop). --- Conservator of the GovernorsLibrary.org
