A. Objective At the end of the lesson, students are able to identify and using modals in the expressions of guests handling in sentences based on situation accurately and appropriately. B. Instructional Material: Modals It is a verb that cannot work without another verb. They do not take the letter "s" at their ends in the third person singular in the present tense. can, could, may, might, must, will , would, shall It is often used in guest handling in a hotel, office, store, restaurant, etc..
