Assistant Manager level position in Middle Office Operations. Supervises and reviews the daily and non-daily monitoring activities regarding market risk and liquidity risk operations conducted by the NY Branch.Analyzes and reports conditions of market risk and liquidity risk, and performance of market operations.Plans and implements all changes relating to banking regulations. Coordinates all interactions withregulators and auditors.
Management/Supervision
Will supervise Treasury Administrators
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises and reviews daily and non-daily risk monitoring activities to ensure that policy and limits arefollowed.Develops effective and efficient procedures in the New York Branch which make timely and accurate riskreporting possible.Analyzes and reports conditions of NY Branch’s market risk and liquidity risk andmoreover performance of market operations.Monitors and analyzes the latest regulatory and technological developments regarding market riskmanagement. and reports the implications to manager.Plans and implements all changes relating to banking regulations. This includes Treasury Departmentpolicy, procedures, systems and reports.Coordinates all Treasury Department preparation, material and meetings with regulators and auditors.Represents department in related meetings.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 6 years directly related banking experience preferably in trading or fund management and experience in market risk management. 
Substantive knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding market risk management.Excellent knowledge and experience with Risk Management systems used to calculate VAR and market tomarket.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required in order to effectively interact with regulatorsand auditors.Strong technical aptitude in Access and Excel VBA is a
