and finishing /Packing 7)Storage and dispatch Waste paper-Waste paper for writing & printing paper without and bleaching is to procure without printing or light printing ,ex note book ,exam copy and white cutting. Increase of Impoted waste it will be C.P.O. ,envelope ,Pepsicup cutting & hard white sewing.

Space requirement file minimum space for raw material storage shoting and handling is 450089 so that stock of 7 days may be stored. Pulping Sectioni)A high consistency of 43 m cap with suitable drive along with & pump is required ,the chain conveyer should have capacity to accommodate 5.0 T waste paper at a time. ii)Pulper drum should have capacity of 500 M to accommodate 20.0 T pulp. iii) Screaming /centricleaning/Thickening Stock is to be passed through H.D. cleaner course screen 2 mm Hole in 2 stages then cleaning by centricleaner to remove heavier and speaks to get high consistage pulp a thin particle pulp of 1.0% consistency to pass through disc fetter & final pulp will be of 10% consistency. iv) Refining ready pulp is to pass through refiner or dis to inteqrate any left chips a fiber bundle.

Paper M/C The M/C is procure for the speed range of 500-600 and deckle at pipe should be 5.6 m.If we run 54/58GSM on m/c we will get 200T M/C production confortably.The M/C may be of Bi or Tri nip followed with 24-26 dryer 1.5 equipped with wire / pich & UTM pulper and custer calendar .Pope reel cascade .Steam & condensate system .Drive sectional and sitent drive. Converting Finishing i)Rewinder-Should have design to run up to 200 M/min,with Auto function and auto centrol as total paper is to cut (reel or sheet) by rewinder so it should be very reliable. ii)Simplex cutter-At teast 3 cutter with double loading stand and circular knife arrangement ia to procured. iii)Apart from that 2 small cutter to arrange for reflected reels or small order and short sizes.

iv)Finishing considering 50% paper mill go in sheet from say 100 T and one finisher will finish 1200 to 1300 paper ,and one finishing requirement area will be -80089 M And around-20089 M for reel in rewinder roll for godown it should have capacity to accommodate 7 days production. Ie.1200-1300 T paper. Minimum area for godown required will be 1800-2000GSM. For easy movement and handling . Water requirement 1)Freash water i)Drinking water & other -25 M /day ii)Hydrawlic power pack and pope reel cooling -50 M/day iii)Dye solution preparation -15M/day iv)Starch preparation -15M/day NOTE-We are getting steam form 110 & 50 T high pressure boiler and boiler feed water ids treated separately. Incase partia freash water requires to be supplied from PM 5 side may be adjusted with wire /press shower water.
