The registration and the metal token shall hold good for a period of twelve months
reck-
oned from 1st April or from the date-of registration of dog to 31st March
in
each year.
(6)
A reeister of doe licences shall

licence clerk of
the
committee,
in
which

(a) Any dog without collar or other
marks
distinguishing them
as
private property
and
not wearing the metal token of regtsbation in accordance with clause
(3).
if found swaying onthe street or beyond the enclosures of the house of

owner of such dog, may be detalned atthe dlrecnon of the person authortzed by the comminee to carry out these duttes and destroyedor otherwtse dlsposed of

Trespass

Dog.

(1) The owner of a dog shall not allow roam at large or

Dangerous

(1)
On
complaint made to the licensing authority that a dogwhichappaus to it to
be
dangerous and not kept under proper control,
the
licensing authority mayorder the owner of the dog to keep the dog under proper control. The penalty for failing tocomply with such order shall
be
Rs. 2001- or
Rs.

per
day whichever is more. Notice ofpenalty shall
be
given to the owner during the period of non-compliance.
If
the owner failsto comply with the order of licensing authority and fails to
keep
his dangerous dog in propercontrol then
