I'm a small minority business and I'm lost in how to place my business in a position to become a contractor of service or other ways that my business can benefit from the ARRA. Part of my skills are identifying workers for work. I'm located in Augusta, Georgia and have found that a lot of the small start-up companies are getting ARRA funds to find jobs for Savannah River. My business is suffering and need that type work or something, but I don't know where to start. Please Help. JG Long
