ITEM DESCRIPTION 01 CEMENTCIUS GROUTING 1>Per Nipple Cement Grouting.(UP TO 5KG) Providing and fixing AL Nipples after drilling Holes( 150mmXl2mmX2mm).and inserting high strength cement grouts with C Bags-100. 02 Waterproofing Treatment At Bathrooms & wet areas 1> Cleaning of the surface by using wire brush to remove all loose particles & dust & repairing the surface pot holes/cracks the same shall be repaired with cement putty using bonding agent like (Dr. Fixit URP) modified mortar. 2> Apply The Pidifin 2k two coat to the entire surface 3> Plastering of surface using 1:4 cement Mortar mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW. 1>Cleaning of the surface by using wire brush to remove all loose 03 particles & dust & repairing the surface pot holes/cracks the same shall be repaired with cement putty using bonding agent like (Dr. Fixit URP) modified mortar. 2> Apply The two coat Tapecrete to the entire surface 3> Plastering of surface using 1:4 cement Mortar mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW. 04 GUINNITING WORK:1>Average thickness Of application is 30mm to 40mm to wall and surfaces. 2>Cement ratio is 1:4(1 cement: 4double wash badarpur send) 3>we use wire mesh 4 is into 10 gauge.
