In 1993, the man we now know as "The President of 9/11" was just plain old Rudolph, Giuliani. He is a weirdo, a crook, a wannabe warmonger, and a profiteer off the tragedy of 9/11. But back then, he was just a weirdo, a crook, a cousin-marrying draft-dodger, and a racist.
