DED SoCal ED NNNV RE: Battle Plan for Starts and GI Rainbow Canyon Retreat

May 10, 2011

Major Target: We need to meet FP on a weekly basis which is 4 starts and $132,000 GI I have created a Personnel hatting and posting Battle Plan that will keep a constant supply of hatted terminals on our lines in order to be able to move some of them onto the Reg. lines. (see attached) IN PROGRESSWILL HAVE TO FINISH IN NEVADA We had a Nevada EC meeting and came up with a list of promotional activities across all divisions that can be carried out this week in order to help bring in starts and GI. (see attached) IN PROGRESSWILL HAVE TO FINISH IN NEVADA I am currently on step 8 of an Expanded Non-E formula which will increase my condition and therefore the condition of the Reg. center and help to bring in starts and GI. (see attached) IN PROGRESS I have had several meetings with Larry, Shannon, Mary, Ian, and Chris in order to bring my awareness up on the seriousness of the current Reg. line issues and have discussed any outnesses, ARC breaks, or considerations that I had and have gotten them resolved and am back on task with getting the survival number of starts and GI out of the Nevada Reg. center. DONE DED Ryan W. has come up with a new Tagging Battle Plan form that will allow all of the Nevada Regges to be on the same page and will help us with Naming, Wanting, and Getting products through coordinating tags. DONE I will be sitting in on and leading, if necessary, all battle-planning sessions that take place regarding the Reg. lines. DONE We have another terminal that just came up to Glendale for Reg. training and are actively talking to and recruiting terminals from our ranks of staff and interns to get them interested in Reg. training. DONE All Regges to continue scheduled study times All Regges to have a product conference twice a day at 7:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. All Regges to out-flow emails and central files calls every day when not on the phone with a reach.

All Regges to tag 1 cycle a day to Glendale or SSL regges. EC will have another potential reg identified and ready to come to Glendale for training in the next 2 months. I will be arranging a schedule for myself that includes blocks of time that I will dedicate to taking calls and being on Reg. lines and will be coordinating this with my other regges so that we have the correct number of terminals on the lines at all times. 1) Arrive back in Nevada on Tuesday 5/10/11 2) Finish implementing Hatting/Personnel B/P 3) Get on the Reg. lines from 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. everyday. 4) Tag out 3 cycles a day 5) Go in solo on 1 cycle a day.

I have gotten in touch with Bruce Hadrill and have him on board with helping me to establish a set of Lawyers in Vegas that will work as FSMs for our center and allow us to link some of Nevadas referral websites to their websites in order to reach out to the addicts that have legal issues associated with drug use. 1) Wade and Steve have started to modify a current referral website. 2) A list of lawyers has been identified and forwarded to Bruce. 3) Awaiting contact data from Bruce. Check back in 1 week. I am going to work out a Central Files project that will introduce interns to the Reg. lines and at the same time create as much out-flow as possible for our center. This will involve interns calling last years central files and just try to make contact with the reach to see how they are doing and then immediately tagging the cycle over to a qualifier or counselor if they havent found help and move on to the next one. This will also peak their interest in the Reg. lines and get them used to a Reg. atmosphere. 1) Have interns re-tipped to complete the intro to reg. pack by WE 5/12 2) Arrange a schedule and work space for interns by WE 5/12 3) Have the interns warming up 5-10 cycles a day by WE 5/19 4) Establish a game prize for any cycle that closes for the intern that warmed it up. We are going to be having our FSM I/C coordinate a FSM game with our grads and current FSMs in order to promote the Nevada facility. 1) FSM I/C Patty to get in comm. with Carol and work out details of doing a mailer with $100.00 vouchers for any FSM start in the next month. To be done by 5/12 2) Have mailers sent out by 5/19 3) Be generating 1 start a week by FSMs by 5/26

We are going to have our graduate officer go back and call everyone that has graduated more than 6 months ago and find out which ones are not doing well and let the regges know so that they can try to reg a review program for them. 1) List to be generated by 5/12 2) 1 review to be generated by 5/19 I have gotten with Ryan and the other Regges and have come up with a game for just Nevada regges to reward them in some way for having the highest number of starts and GI for the month. 1) $100.00 Bonus to the top producing Reg. this week 2) $200.00 Bonus to the top producing Reg. of the next month 3) $500.00 Bonus to the top producing Reg. of the next quarter

Production Targets: 1) A minimum of 3 starts for WE 5/12/11 2) A minimum of 3.5 starts for WE 5/19/11 3) A minimum of 4 starts a week starting WE 5/26/11 4) 5 working cycles generated by Interns on Central Files project a week starting WE 5/19/11 5) 1 paid recovery or review every 2 weeks starting WE 5/19/11 6) 1 FSM cycle every 2 weeks starting 5/12/11 7) 1 closed cycle a week off of tagged out cycles to Glendale or SSL.

Conditional Targets: 1) Immediate use of Debug tech if targets arent met. 2) ED to increase time on the phones if targets are not met. 3) EC to have a special meeting if targets are not met to go over this battle plan and make additions or changes as necessary.
