2. UPOZORNENIA
2.1.

Veobecn upozornenia

Nvod na intalciu, obsluhu a drbu je sasou zariadenia. Je potrebn, aby bol k dispozcii vdy
v blzkosti zariadenia. Presn repektovanie tohoto nvodu je predpokladom pre pouvanie vrobku poda
urenia a sprvnu obsluhu.
Bezpenos obsluhujceho personlu a bezporuchov prevdzka zariadenia s zaruen len pri pouvan
originlnych sast zariadenia. Pouva sa me len prsluenstvo a nhradn diely uveden
v technickej dokumentcii alebo vyslovene povolen vrobcom.
Ak sa pouije in prsluenstvo, nhradn diely alebo spotrebn materil, neme vrobca prevzia iadnu
zruku za bezpen prevdzku a bezpen funkciu vrobku.
Na kody, ktor vznikli pouvanm inho prsluenstva alebo spotrebnho materilu ako predpisuje alebo
doporuuje vrobca sa zruka nevzahuje.
Vrobca preber zodpovednos vzhadom na bezpenos, spoahlivos a funkciu len vtedy, ke :
- intalciu, nov nastavenia, zmeny, rozrenia a opravy vykonva vrobca alebo zstupca alebo
servisn organizcia poveren vrobcom.
- vrobok sa pouva v slade s nvodom na intalciu, obsluhu a drbu.
Nvod na intalciu, obsluhu a drbu zodpoved pri tlai vyhotoveniu zariadenia a stavu poda
prslunch bezpenostno-technickch noriem. Vrobca si vyhradzuje vetky prva na ochranu pre
uveden zapojenia, metdy a nzvy.

Veobecn bezpenostn upozornenia

Vrobca vyvinul a skontruoval vrobok tak, aby boli vylen pokodenia pri sprvnom pouvan poda
urenia. Vrobca povauje za svoju povinnos popsa nasledujce bezpenostn opatrenia, aby sa mohli
vyli ostatn pokodenia.
Pri prevdzke zariadenia treba repektova zkony a regionlne predpisy platn v mieste pouvania.
V zujme bezpenho priebehu prce s za dodriavanie predpisov zodpovedn prevdzkovate
a pouvate.
Originlny obal by sa mal uschova pre prpadn vrtenie. Originlny obal zaruuje optimlnu ochranu
zariadenia poas prepravy. Ak bude poas zrunej lehoty potrebn vrobok vrti, vrobca neru za
kody spsoben na zklade chybnho zabalenia.
Je potrebn, aby sa pouvate pred kadm pouitm zariadenia presvedil o bezpenej funkcii
a riadnom stave zariadenia.
Pouvate mus by oboznmen s obsluhou vrobku.
Ak v priamej svislosti s prevdzkou zariadenia nastane neiadca udalos, pouvate je povinn o tejto
udalosti neodkladne informova svojho dodvatea.
Vrobok nie je uren pre prevdzku v oblastiach, v ktorch hroz vbuch.
2.3.

Bezpenostn upozornenia k ochrane pred elektrickm prdom

Vrobok me by pripojen iba na riadne intalovan zsuvku s ochrannm pripojenm.

Pred pripojenm vrobku sa mus skontrolova, i sieov naptie a sieov kmitoet uveden na vrobku
s v slade s hodnotami napjacej siete.
Pred uvedenm do prevdzky treba skontrolova prpadn pokodenia zariadenia a pripjanch
vzduchovch rozvodov. Pokoden vedenia a vidlice sa musia ihne vymeni.
Pri nebezpench situcich alebo technickch poruchch vrobok ihne odpoji zo siete (vytiahnu
sieov vidlicu).
Pri vetkch prcach v svislosti s opravami a udrovanm musia by:
- sieov vidlica vytiahnut zo zsuvky
- podtlakov potrubia odvzdunen
Vrobok me intalova len kvalifikovan a vykolen odbornk.

4. SKLADOVACIE A PREPRAVN PODMIENKY

Vrobok vrobca odosiela v prepravnom obale. Tm je vrobok zabezpeen pred pokodenm pri preprave.
Pri preprave pouva poda monosti vdy originlny obal vrobku. Vrobok
prepravova v polohe vyznaenej symbolom na obale.

Poas prepravy a skladovania chrte vrobok pred vlhkosou, neistotou a extrmnymi

teplotami. Vrobky, ktor maj originlny obal, sa mu skladova v krytch, suchch
a bezpranch priestoroch.
Poda monosti si obalov materil uschovajte. Ak nie je uschovanie mon, zlikvidujte obalov
materil etrne k ivotnmu prostrediu. Prepravn kartn sa me prida k starmu papieru..

6. POPIS VROBKU
6.1.

Pouitie poda urenia

Dentlna odsvaka DO 2.1 je zdrojom podtlaku pre nstroje - koncovky - odsvacch hadc dentlnej
spravy, ktor je vybaven odsvacm blokom (tzn. driakom s hadicou, koncovkami a odluovaom separtorom).
Dentlna odsvaka pozostva z odsvacieho agregtu so zkladou, chladiaceho ventiltora, z modulu
ovldania a skrinky s hlukovou izolciou. Vrobok sa uvdza do innosti ovldacm naptm (24V/0.1A
DC/AC) alebo zapnutm spnaa (model T) v sprave. Chladiaci ventiltor vytvra v skrinke nten
cirkulciu vzduchu.
Dentlne odsvaky vyrban poda elu :
DO 2.1, DO 2.1-10 stacionrna odsvaka v skrinke sli ako zdroj podtlaku pre dentlnu spravu,
odsvaka na zkladni je vybaven modulom ovldania, ktor zapna odsvaku po priveden signlu 24V
AC/DC od spravy. Skrinkou je inne znen hlunos odsvaky.
DO 2.1 T, DO 2.1-10 T vyhotovenie ako pri DO 2.1, odsvaka je ovldan spnaom zo spravy naptm
z modulu T.
DO 2.1 Z, DO 2.1-10 Z stacionrna odsvaka bez skrinky sli ako zdroj podtlaku pre dentlnu
spravu, odsvaka na zkladni je vybaven modulom ovldania, ktor zapna odsvaku po priveden
signlu 24V AC/DC od spravy.
DO 2.1 TZ, DO 2.1-10 TZ vyhotovenie ako pri DO 2.1 Z, odsvaka je ovldan
spnaom zo spravy naptm z modulu T.
Dentlne odsvaky oznaen DO 2.1-10, DO 2.1-10 T s odlin voi ostatnm len svojimi
rozmermi a hmotnosou tak, aby boli v zhode s dizajnom kompresorov typu DK50-10 S.

POPIS FUNKCIE

Agregt odsvaky (1) (obr.1) vytvra v pneumatickom

rozvode podtlak, m odsva cudzie ltky z pracovnho
poa lekra a vedie ich do separtora v zubnej sprave.
ist vzduch za separtorom prechdza odsvacm
agregtom a alej je vytlan vstupnou hadicou cez
tlmi vystupujceho vzduchu (6) do prostredia mimo
ordinciu. Odsvac agregt je zapnan modulom
ovldania (3) po priveden signlu zo spravy (naptm
24V AC/DC alebo zopnutm spnaa - model T). Agregt
je uloen na zkladni (5) nad chladiacim ventiltorom (4),
ktor vytvra v skrinke (2) nten cirkulciu vzduchu.
Kovov skrinka na noikch je upraven protihlukovou
izolciou, m zabezpe nzku hladinu hluku pre okolie,
ale pomocou ventiltora aj dostaton vmenu
chladiaceho vzduchu privdzanho trbinou medzi
skrinkou resp. zkladou a podlahou. Chladiaci vzduch je
potom vyfukovan cez otvor v zadnej stene skrinky.

Je zakzan vytvra prekky pre vstup chladiaceho vzduchu do skrinky ( po obvode

spodnej asti skrinky ) a na vstupe teplho vzduchu v hornej, zadnej asti skrinky.
V prpade ustavenia zariadenia na mkk podlahu napr. koberec je nutn vytvori
medzeru pre priechod chladiaceho vzduchu medzi zkladou podlahou a skrinkou podlahou, napr. podloenm ptiek tvrdmi podlokami.

8. PODMIENKY POUITIA
Prstroj sa smie intalova a prevdzkova len v suchch, dobre vetranch a bezpranch priestoroch, kde
sa okolit teplota vzduchu pohybuje v rozmedz +5C a +40C, relatvna vlhkos vzduchu neprekrauje
hodnotu 70%. Vrobok sa mus intalova tak, aby bol ahko prstupn pre obsluhu a drbu a aby bol
prstupn prstrojov ttok.
Vrobok mus st na rovnom dostatone stabilnom podklade (pozor na hmotnos zariadenia, vi bod 5.
Technick daje).
Odsvaky nemu by vystaven do vonkajieho prostredia. Prstroj nesmie by v prevdzke vo vlhkom
alebo mokrom prostred. Zariadenie je zakzan pouva v priestoroch s prtomnosou vbunch plynov,
prachov alebo horavch kvapaln.
Pred intalovanm odsvaky k zdravotnckym zariadeniam mus dodvate posdi, aby mdium
vzduch, dan k dispozcii, vyhovovalo poiadavkm danho elu pouitia. Repektujte za tmto elom
technick daje vrobku. Klasifikciu a hodnotenie zhody m pri zabudovan vykonva vrobca dodvate konenho vrobku.
In pouitie alebo pouitie nad tento rmec sa nepovauje za pouvanie poda urenia. Vrobca neru za
kody z toho vyplvajce. Riziko zna vlune prevdzkovate / pouvate.
9. INTALOVANIE VROBKU
Vrobok smie intalova a po prvkrt uvies do prevdzky len kvalifikovan odbornk.
Jeho povinnosou je zakoli obsluhujci personl o pouvan a drbe zariadenia.
Intalciu a zakolenie obsluhy potvrd podpisom v dokumente o odovzdan zariadenia.
Pred prvm uvedenm do prevdzky sa musia odstrni vetky zaistenia sliace na
fixciu zariadenia poas dopravy hroz pokodenie vrobku.
Pri innosti zariadenia sa asti odsvaky mu zohria na teploty nebezpen pre dotyk
obsluhy alebo materilu. Nebezpeenstvo poiaru! Pozor horci povrch!
Odsvaku na zkladni (obr.2 ) ustavi na podlahu na
uren miesto a odstrni transportn fixan prvky.
Hadice pripoji na vstup a vstup odsvaky. Elektrick
a pneumatick rozvody riei ako :
rozvody v podlahe hadice vhodne skrti a pripoji ich na
pripraven rozvody prechdzajce cez otvor v zkladni.
Elektrick prvody pripoji k modulu ovldania, prvod
sieovho naptia na svorky PE, U, N a prvod signlu od
spravy pripoji na svorky 1, 2.
rozvody na podlahe - nru elektrickho prvodu a hadice
nasmerova ku zadnej asti zkladne. Pripoji nru
ovldania zo spravy k modulu ovldania a prevliec ich
cez otvor skrinky pri jej nasvan na odsvaku. Predn

vidlicu elektrickej nry vrobku do zsuvky.

9.1.

Prpojka podtlaku

K odsvaciemu agregtu (obr.3) s pripojen dve hadice pre

sanie a vtlak. Hadice od vstupu (1) a vstupu (2) agregtu
s veden k zadnej stene skrinky a vystupuj cez jej zadn
otvor alebo s pripojen do potrubia v podlahe. Sacia hadica
je pripojen na rozvod od spotrebia (dentlnej spravy)
a vtlan hadica je pripojen na rozvod vyveden mimo
pracovn priestor uvatea.

Elektrick prpojka

Zapoji vidlicu sieovej nry do sieovej zsuvky.
Prstroj sa dodva so nrou zakonenou vidlicou s ochrannm kontaktom. Je
nevyhnutne potrebn repektova miestne elektrotechnick predpisy. Naptie siete
a kmitoet musia shlasi s dajmi na prstrojovom ttku.

Zsuvka mus by z bezpenostnch dvodov dobre prstupn, aby sa prstroj v prpade nebezpeenstva
mohol bezpene odpoji zo siete.
Prslun prdov okruh mus by v rozvode elektrickej energie isten maximlne 16 A.
Odsvac agregt je zapnan naptm (24V / AC/DC) v sprave alebo zopnutm spnaa (model T)
privedenho nrou od dentlnej spravy do modulu ovldania odsvaky.

Ak sa vrobok nepouva dlh as, vrobca doporuuje uvies ho do prevdzky na cca 10 mint
s neobmedzenm prietokom vzduchu (bez kanl na vstupe). Potom vrobok odpoji od elektrickej siete.
16. LIKVIDCIA PRSTROJA

Kontrolova odpojenie vrobku od elektrickej siete.

The installation, operation and maintenance manual is an integral part of the appliance and must be kept
with it. Exact observance of this manual is the prerequisite of the correct use and operation according to
model.
For the safety of operating personnel and trouble-free operation of the appliance, we strongly advise the
use and fitting of original parts and accessories mentioned in the technical documentation, as these, are
approved by the manufacturer.
If any other accessories or consumable materials are used, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible
for the safe operation of the appliance or safety of the operating personnel.
The warranty does not cover damages that originate from the use of accessories or consumable materials
other than those specified or suggested by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer becomes responsible for the reliability and function only if:
- Installation, new settings, amendments, extensions and repairs are performed by the manufacturer or his
representative, or a service company approved by the manufacturer,

General safety warnings

The manufacturer has designed and developed the appliance so that damages are avoided when the
chosen model is used for its correct intended purpose. Please take note of the following safety measures
to avoid accidents, injury and damages.
When operating the appliance, it is important to respect the laws and regional valid regulations at the place
of use. The users of our equipment are responsible for the observance of all the regulations within the UK.
Original packaging should be kept for the return of the appliance. Only original packaging ensures optimal
protection during transport. If it is necessary to return the appliance during the warranty period, the
manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by improper packaging.
Before using the appliance everyday, it is important that the user convince him/herself on the due function
and safe condition of the appliance and all equipment connected to it.
The user must fully familiarise him/herself with the workings of the appliance.
Whilst the appliance is in operation, and a technical failure occurs, the user is obliged to inform their
supplier immediately.
The appliance is not designed for operation in areas where explosive gases and flammable liquids are
present.
2.3.

Safety warnings on protection against electrical current

This appliance must be connected to earth.

Prior to connection of the appliance to the power supply, check that the voltage and frequency stated on
the appliance are correct.
Prior to switching on, check for possible damage to the appliance, suction/exhaust pipe-work system,
pneumatic and electrical system. Replacing any damaged parts or wires immediately.
Immediately disconnect the appliance from the power supply (remove the plug) if a technical failure occurs.
Before commencing any repairs and/or maintenance, ensure that:

product is protected against damage during storage and transport
Caution! For transport, always use the original packaging and, transport the appliance in
the upright position, using secure fixings.

Keep dry. Protect appliance against humidity and extreme temperatures during storage and
transport. Appliance in the original packaging must be stored in warm, dry and dust-free areas.
Keep packaging material if possible. If not, please dispose of the packaging material in an
environmentally friendly way. Cardboard can be recycled.

6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
6.1.

Model variations and their uses

Dental suction unit DO 2.1 - is the source of vacuum to provide suction in the dental surgery aspirates
waste from the patients mouth - via a tip connected to the cannule of the suction hose, through the
pneumatic control module and down to the separator, where the water and foreign matter is left behind,
leaving only air to be drawn (sucked) to the suction unit and exhausted away from the surgerys
environment.
Dental suction unit is composed of an aspirator unit with a base, cooling fan, switching block and an
insulated soundproof box. Operation of the suction unit is controlled via (24V/0.1A DC/AC) connection at the
chair or via a switch on (model T) at the suction unit. Cooling fan draws air into the box and circulates it
around the suction unit forcing air out through ventilated slots in the rear.
Dental suction units are made accordingly for the purpose in the following versions:
DO 2.1, DO 2.1-10 stationary dental suction unit in a soundproof box it serves as the source of vacuum
for the dental chair fitted with a pneumatic control module. The suction unit will start automatically after
receiving a signal from the chair by a 24V AC/DC connection between the chair and suction unit.
Soundproof box is provided for silent operation.
DO 2.1 T, DO 2.1-10 T model as at DO 2.1 above, switch from unit controlls suction pump by voltage from
module T.
DO 2.1 Z, DO 2.1-10 Z stationary dental suction unit without the soundproof box it serves as the source
of vacuum for the dental chair fitted with a pneumatic control module. The suction unit will start automatically
after receiving a signal from the chair - by a 24V AC/DC connection between the chair and suction unit.
DO 2.1 TZ, DO 2.1-10 TZ model as at DO 2.1 Z above, switch from unit controlls suction pump by voltage
from module T.
Dental suction units above designated as - DO 2.1-10, DO 2.1-10 T - are different from the other
ones only by their dimensions and weight, so that they complied with the design of compressors DK50-10 S type.
7.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION

Suction pump (1) (Fig.1) creates vacuum in the

pneumatic control module thus it aspirates foreign
matters away from the working area of the physician and
sucks them into the separator at the dental chair. Only
clean air continues past the separator through the pump
of the suction unit, and then, is pushed through a
supplementary silencer (6) and continues through the
output hose and vented to the environment outside of
the building. Suction unit is switched on by means of a
switching block (3) after receiving a signal from the
dental chair (voltage 24V AC/DC) or by switching-on at
the suction unit (switch - model T). Suction pump is
mounted above the cooling fan (4)which is fixed to the
base (5). The cooling fan draws air into the insulated
soundproof metal box (2), which stands on feet to allow
the air in, and vented slots in the rear to allow the air to
blow through.

Make sure that nothing impedes the free flow of air under and around the compressor.
Never cover the hot air outlet on the top back side of the case.
If placing the appliance onto a soft floor, such as carpet, it is important to create a gap
between the base and floor or the box and floor, e.g. underpin the footings with hard pads.
The cooling fan needs a gap to draw air inside the box.

INSTALLATION
8. USE
The appliance must be installed and operated in a dry, well ventilated and dust-free area where ambient
temperature is within the range of +5C to +40C and relative air humidity does not exceed 70%. The
appliance must be installed so that it is accessible at all times to operate and maintain. Please ensure the
appliance label is accessible also.
The appliance must stand on a flat, sufficiently stable base. See paragraph 5 (Technical data) when
positioning or lifting the appliance.
Aspirators must not be exposed to external environments. They must not be in operation in moist or wet
environments. Furthermore, it is forbidden to use them in premises, where there is the presence of
explosive gases or flammable liquids.
Prior to installation of the aspirator to medical equipment, it is important to ensure that the medium
available meet, the requirements fit for the purpose of use. With regards to this, respect the technical data
provided. Classification and evaluation of compliance should be carried out at the installation stage.
For any other use beyond the above scope will be considered unfit for the aspirators purpose, and
therefore, the manufacturer is not responsible for damages resulting from them. Risk is borne exclusively
by the operator/user.
9. INSTALLATION
Only qualified personnel can install this appliance and by obligation, train all operating
personnel on the correct use and routine maintenance. Installation and training of all
operators shall be confirmed by their signature on the certificate of installation.
Prior to installation, ensure the appliance is clear of all the transport packaging and fixings
to avoid any risk of damage to the product.
Caution! Contact with the appliance is dangerous. High temperatures occur during and
after use. Beware of hot surfaces and the danger of fire if, contact is made by flammable
objects
At a predetermined place, position the suction unit on the base (Fig.2) and remove all transport packaging
and fixings. Connect both hoses to their relative inlet and outlet ports of the pump. Prepare the required
electrical connection between the pneumatic control module and suction unit as below:
Connections under floor suitably shorten both hoses and
connect them to the prepared pipes protruding up through the
hole in the base. Connect the 24V signal wire from the dental
chair to the terminals 1 & 2 and connect the power cord to
terminals - PE & U & N - inside the switching block.
Connection above floor direct power cord and both hoses to
the rear of the base. Thread the 24V signal wire from dental
chair through the rear hole of the box and connect to the
terminals in the switching block. Position the box to face the
right direction, and place over the suction unit whilst at the
same time, thread both hoses and power cord through the rear
hole of the box. When positioned correctly, plug the power cord
in the electrical socket.

9.1.

Vacuum Connection

Two hoses, one for suction (1) and one for exhaust (2) are
connected to the suction pump (Fig.3). The hoses are inlet
(1) and outlet (2) of the pump. They protrude through the
rear hole of the box, or they are connected to the pipe-work
under the floor. Suction (vacuum) hose is connected to the
separator/pneumatic control module at the dental chair, and
exhaust hose is vented away from the surgery to the
environment outside of the building.
9.2.

Electrical connection

Plug the electrical cord into the mains.
The appliance is equipped with a grounded plug. Make sure this connection complies with
local electrical codes. The mains voltage and frequency must comply with the data stated
on the appliance label.

Keep the socket easily accessible to ensure that in an emergency the appliance can be safely
disconnected from the mains.
Connection to the power distribution box must be max.16 A.
Power between the suction unit and pneumatic control module on the dental chair, is 24V provided by
wires connecting to a PCB in the switching block (CP1).

If any electrical cord or air hose is damaged it must be replaced immediately.

Check all connections of the vacuum and exhaust pipe-work system.
Check the suction unit is switched on at the plug.

OPERATION

In case of emergency, disconnect the suction unit from the mains (pull out the mains
plug).

Parts of the suction unit can have hot surface areas. There is the danger of scorching if
contact is made.
The suction unit operates after receiving a signal from the dental chair. The cooling fan
and suction pump always work together.
12. SWITCHING SUCTION UNIT ON
When the suction unit is switched on at the plug, power is provided to the switching block, and puts the
aspirator - on stand-by mode - waiting for a signal from the dental chair. When a signal is received, the
suction unit operates and creates a vacuum in the inlet path until a signal interrupts its operation, and puts
the suction unit back - on stand-by mode.

14. MAINTENANCE

Repair work beyond normal maintenance can be performed only by qualified personnel or
the manufacturers representative.
Use only spareparts and accessories approved by the manufacturer.

Prior to any maintenance or repair work, switch off the compressor and disconnect it from
the mains (pull out the mains plug).

Prior to any maintenance or repairs, the soundproof box must be removed.

The suction unit is designed and manufactured to keep maintenance to a minimum.

15. STORAGE
If the appliance is not to be used for a prolonged period of time, the manufacturer recommends operating the
entire aspirating system for approximately 10 minutes, with an unrestricted flow of air (without cannules).
Then disconnect the appliance from the mains. Cover the inlet and outlet ports with the plastic plugs that
were supplied with the unit

16. DISPOSING OF THE APPLIANCE

17. REPAIR SERVICE

Guaranteed and post-guarantee repairs must be done by the manufacturer, its authorized representative, or
service personnel approved by the supplier.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the appliance without notice. Any changes made
will not affect the functional properties of the appliance.
18. SOLVING PROBLEMS
Prior to any inspection or repair work to the appliance, disconnect from the power supply
Switch off, remove plug from the mains socket.
The following must only be performed by trained engineers approved by the, supplier or manufacturer.
In case of repair of parts of device which might be contaminated please follow bellow mentioned instruction:

1. BEZEICHNUNG CE
Die Produkte mit der CE Kennzeichnung erfllen die Sicherheitsrichtlinien (93/42/EEC) der Europischen
Union.
2. HINWEISE
2.1.

Allgemeine Hinweise

Die Anleitung zur Installation, Bedienung und Wartung ist Bestandteil des Gertes. Es ist notwendig, dass
die Anleitung in der Nhe des Aufstellungsortes des Gertes immer zur Verfgung steht. Genaues
Befolgen dieser Anleitung ist die Voraussetzung fr eine ordnungsgeme Nutzung und eine korrekte
Bedienung.
Die Sicherheit des Bedienungspersonals und fehlerfreier Betrieb des Gertes sind nur bei der Nutzung von
Originalgerteteilen garantiert. Es drfen nur Zubehr- und Ersatzteile genutzt werden, die in der
technischen Dokumentation aufgefhrt oder ausdrcklich vom Hersteller erlaubt sind.
Wird anderes Zubehr genutzt, so kann der Hersteller keine Garantie fr sicheren Betrieb und sichere
Funktion bernehmen.
Schden, die durch Nutzung von anderem als vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenem Zubehr entstehen, sind
von der Gertegarantie ausgeschlossen.
Der Hersteller bernimmt die Verantwortung fr die Sicherheit, Zuverlssigkeit und Funktion nur dann,
wenn:
- Installation, Einstellungen, Vernderungen, Erweiterungen und Reparaturen vom Hersteller oder von
Vertretern, insbesondere vom Hersteller beauftragten Serviceorganisationen durchgefhrt werden.
- die Nutzung des Gertes in bereinstimmung mit der Anleitung fr Installation, Bedienung und Wartung
erfolgt.
Die Anleitung entspricht zum Zeitpunkt des Druckes der Ausfhrung des Gertes und den zugehrigen
sicherheitstechnischen Vorschriften. Der Hersteller behlt sich alle Rechte zum Schutz der aufgefhrten
Schaltungen, Methoden und Bezeichnungen vor.
2.2.

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise

Der Hersteller hat das Gert so entwickelt und konstruiert, dass Beschdigungen bei ordnungsgemer
Nutzung ausgeschlossen sind. Der Hersteller hlt es fr seine Pflicht, zustzlich folgende
Sicherheitsmanahmen zu beschreiben, damit restliche Risiken ausgeschlossen werden knnen.
Bei dem Betrieb des Gertes ist es notwendig, die Gesetze und regionalen Vorschriften, die im
Nutzungsgebiet gltig sind, zu befolgen. Im Interesse des sicheren Arbeitsablaufes sind der Betreiber und
der Nutzer fr das Einhalten der Vorschriften verantwortlich.
Die Originalverpackung sollte fr eine eventuelle Rckgabe des Gertes aufbewahrt werden. Nur die
Originalverpackung garantiert optimalen Transportschutz des Gertes. Falls eine Einsendung des Gertes
whrend der Garantiezeit notwendig werden sollte, haftet der Hersteller nicht fr Schden, die auf eine
mangelhafte Verpackung zurckzufhren sind.
Vor jeder Nutzung des Gertes ist es notwendig, dass sich der Nutzer von der ordentlichen Funktion und
dem sicheren Zustand des Gertes berzeugt.
Der Nutzer muss mit der Gertebedienung vertraut gemacht werden.
Das Produkt ist nicht fr Aufstellungsorte, an denen Explosionsgefahr besteht, bestimmt.
2.3.

Sicherheitshinweise zum Schutz vor elektrischem Strom

Vor dem Anschluss des Gertes muss kontrolliert werden, ob die auf dem Gert angegebene
Netzspannung und Netzfrequenz mit den Werten des Versorgungsnetzes bereinstimmt.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist es notwendig, das Gert und die angeschlossene Luftverteilung auf eventuelle
Beschdigungen zu kontrollieren. Beschdigte elektrische und pneumatische Leitungen mssen sofort
ersetzt werden.
In gefhrlichen Situationen oder bei technischen Strungen ist es erforderlich, das Gert sofort vom Netz
zu trennen (Netzstecker ziehen).
Bei allen Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Reparatur und Wartung muss der Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose gezogen werden.
Das Gert darf nur durch technische Vertreter des Herstellers oder des Lieferanten installiert werden.
Das Gert darf nur an eine ordentlich installierte Steckdose mit Schutzkontakt angeschlossen werden.

4. LAGER- UND TRANSPORTBEDINGUNGEN

Das Gert wird vom Hersteller in einer Transportverpackung geliefert. Damit ist das Gert gegen
Transportbeschdigungen gesichert.

Beim Transport nach Mglichkeit immer die Originalverpackung verwenden. Das Gert nur in
einer dem Symbol an der Verpackung entsprechenden Lage transportieren!
Whrend des Transports und der Lagerung ist das Gert vor Feuchtigkeit, Verunreinigungen und
extremen Temperaturen zu schtzen. Gerte in Originalpackung drfen nur in warmen, trockenen
und staubfreien Rumen lagern.
Nach Mglichkeit bewahren sie das Verpackungsmaterial auf. Falls dieses nicht mglich sein sollte,
entsorgen sie das Verpackungsmaterial bitte umweltschonend. Der Transportkarton kann mit dem
Altpapier entsorgt werden.

6. PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
6.1.

Nutzungsbestimmungen

Dentalabsaugpumpe DO 2.1 ist eine Unterdruckquelle fr zahnrztliche Endstcke, d.h. fr eine

Dentalbaugruppe, die mit einem Absaugblock (Halter mit Schlauch, Endstcken und Abscheider / Separator)
ausgestattet ist.
Dentale Absaugpumpe besteht aus dem Absaugaggregat mit Basisplatte, dem Khlungsventilator, dem
Steuermodul und dem Schallschutzgehuse. Das Gert wird durch die Steuerspannung (24V/0.1A DC/AC)
oder durch Einschalten des Schalters (Model T) in Betrieb genommen. Der Khlventilator erzeugt im
Gehuse eine Zwangszirkulation der Luft.
Abhngig vom Verwendungszweck werden die Absaugpumpen in folgenden Versionen hergestellt:
DO 2.1, DO 2.1-10 stationre Absaugpumpe im Gehuse dient als Unterdruckquelle fr dentale
Baugruppen. Die Absaugpumpe ist mit einem Steuermodul ausgestattet, das die Absaugpumpe ber ein
Signals 24V AC/DC der Baugruppe einschaltet. Durch das Gehuse ist die Lrmpegel der Absaugpumpe
wirksam reduziert.
DO 2.1 T, DO 2.1-10 T Ausfhrung wie bei DO 2.1, die Absaugpumpe ber den Schalter des Gertes ist
mit Spannung von Modul T" gesteuert.
DO 2.1 Z, DO 2.1-10 Z stationre Absaugpumpe ohne Gehuse dient als Unterdruckquelle fr dentale
Baugruppen. Die Absaugpumpe auf Basisplatte ist mit einem Steuermodul ausgestattet, welches die
Absaugpumpe ber ein Steuersignal 24V AC/DC einschaltet.
DO 2.1 TZ, DO 2.1-10 TZ Ausfhrung wie bei DO 2.1 / Z, die Absaugpumpe ber den Schalter des
Gertes ist mit Spannung von Modul T" gesteuert.
Dentale Absaugpumpen mit der Bezeichnung DO 2.1-10 und DO 2.1-10 T unterscheiden sich
von den anderen Modellen durch ihre Abmessungen und ihr Gewicht, so dass sie zu den
Kompressoren vom Typ DK50-10 S passen.
7.

FUNKTIONSBESCHREIBUNG

Das Aggregat der Absaugpumpe (1) (Bild 1) erzeugt im

pneumatischen Verteilungsnetz einen Unterdruck, wodurch
Fremdkrper aus dem Arbeitsfeld des Arztes absaugt und
in den Separator der Zahnarztbaugruppe abfhrt werden.
Hinter dem Separator strmt reine Luft ber das
Absaugaggregat und den Schalldmpfer (6) in den Abluftschlauch, der die Luft in die Umgebung auerhalb des
Behandlungsraums abgibt. Das Absaugaggregat wird ber
das Steuermodul (3) bei Anliegen des Signals von der
Baugruppe (24V/0.1A DC/AC) oder durch das Einschalten
des Schalters (Model T) eingeschaltet. Das Aggregat ist
auf der Basisplatte (5) ber dem Khlungsventilator (4)
positioniert, welcher eine Zwangszirkulation der Luft im
Gehuse (2) erzeugt. Das Metallgehuse ist mit einer
schalldmpfenden Isolation ausgekleidet, die den
Geruschpegel wirksam reduziert. Weiterhin steht das
Gehuse auf kleinen Fen, wodurch ein ausreichender
Austausch von Khlungsluft, die durch den Spalt zwischen
dem Gehuse und dem Boden zugefhrt wird, gesichert
ist. Die Khlungsluft wird ber die ffnung in der
Hinterwand des Gehuses ausgeblasen.

Es ist verboten Hindernisse fr den Khlluftzufuhr in den Kasten (am Umfang des
Kastenunterteils) und am Luftaustritt am oberen hinteren Kastenteil zu bilden.
Im Falle des Aufstellens des Gertes auf weichem Untergrund (z. B. Teppich) ist es
notwendig, einen Zwischenraum zwischen dem Gehuse und dem Untergrund (Sttzen
der Fe durch harte Untersetzer) zu schaffen, um die notwendige Luftzirkulation zu
gewhrleisten. Es ist verboten, die Lftungsschlitze im hinteren, oberen Gehuseteil
abzudecken.

INSTALLATION
8. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Gert darf nur in trockenen, gut belfteten und staubfreien Rumen installiert und betrieben werden,
wo sich die Lufttemperatur im Bereich von +5C bis +40C bewegt und die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit den Wert
von 70 % nicht berschreitet. Das Gert muss so installiert werden, dass er fr die Bedienung und Wartung
leicht zugnglich ist. Das Typenschild muss zugnglich sein.
Das Gert muss auf einem ebenen, ausreichend festen Untergrund stehen (Dabei ist das Gewicht des
Kompressors zu beachten; siehe Punkt 5 Technische Daten).
Dentale Absaugeinheiten drfen nicht in freier Umgebung stehen. Das Gert darf nicht in feuchter oder
nasser Umgebung betrieben werden. Es ist verboten, das Gert in Rumen zu betreiben, in denen sich
explosive Gase oder brennbare Flssigkeiten befinden
Bei der Aufstellung des Gertes in Gesundheitseinrichtungen muss beachtet werden, dass das zur
Verfgung stehende Medium Luft die Anforderungen fr den vorgesehenen Zweck erfllt. Beachten Sie die
technischen Vorgaben des Produktes! Der Hersteller bzw. Lieferant des Gertes muss bei der Aufstellung
des Gertes eine Klassifizierung und Bewertung der bereinstimmung des Mediums Luft durchfhren.
Eine Nutzung des Gertes ber den vorgesehenen Rahmen hinaus ist nicht zulssig. Der Hersteller haftet
nicht fr daraus folgende Schden. Das Risiko trgt ausschlielich der Betreiber / Nutzer.
9. PRODUKTINSTALLATION
Das Gert darf nur durch einen qualifizierten Facharbeiter installiert und in Betrieb
genommen werden. Zu seinen Pflichten gehrt auch die Schulung des Bedienpersonals
bezglich der Nutzung und Alltagswartung des Gertes. Die Installation und Schulung des
Personals besttigt der qualifizierte Facharbeiter durch seine Unterschrift im Zertifikat ber
die Installation.
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme sind alle Transportsicherungen, die zur Fixierung des
Gertes whrend des Transports dienen, zu entfernen. Ansonsten droht eine Beschdigung
des Produktes.
Beim Betrieb des Gertes knnen sich Teile des Absaugaggregates auf Temperaturen
erwrmen, die fr das Bedienpersonal oder anderes Material bei Berhrung gefhrlich sind.
Brandgefahr! Achtung Heiluft!
Die Absaugpumpe mit der Basisplatte (Bild 2) auf den Boden am
vorgesehenen Ort aufstellen und die Transportsicherungen
entfernen. Die Schluche an den Eingang und Ausgang der
Absaugpumpe anschlieen. Den Anschlu des elektrischen und
pneumatischen Verteilungsnetzes wie folgt vornehmen:
Verteilungsnetz im Boden die Schluche passend krzen und an
die vorbereiteten Anschlsse, die aus der ffnung der Basisplatte
fhren, anschlieen. Elektrische Zuleitungen zum Steuermodul
fhren. Die Netzspannungszuleitung an die Klemmen PE, U, N und
die Signalzuleitung von der Baugruppe an die Klemmen 1,2
anschlieen.
Das Verteilungsnetz am Boden das Stromanschlusskabel und die
beiden Schluche zum hinteren Teil der Basisplatte richten. Das 24V
Steuerungskabel der Baugruppe durch die ffnung des Gehuses
fhren und an die Anschlusse des Steuermoduls anschlieen. Die
Vorderseite des Gehuses zum Vorderteil des Gertes ausrichten
und das Gehuse aufsetzen. Darauf achten, das beide Schluche
und die elektrischen Zuleitungen durch die hintere Gehuseffnung
fhren. Anschlieend den Stromstecker des Gertes in die
Steckdose stecken.

9.1.

Unterdruckanschluss

Am Absaugaggregat (Bild. 3) sind zwei Schluche fr Absaugung

und Abluft angeschlossen. Die Schluche sind vom Eingang (1) 2
und Ausgang (2) des Aggregats zu der Rckwand des Gehuses
gefhrt und laufen ber die hintere ffnung hinaus oder mnden in
die ffnung im Boden. Der Saugschlauch ist an das
Verteilungsnetz
des
Verbrauchers
(Dentalbaugruppe)
angeschlossen und der Abluftschlauch ist an die Abluftleitung
angeschlossen, die aus dem Arbeitsraum des Nutzers
hinausgefhrt.

9.2.

Elektrischer Anschluss
Die Kabelgabel in die Netzdose stecken.
Das Gert wird mit einem Netzkabel mit Schutzkontaktstecker geliefert. Beim Anschlieen
ans Stromnetz ist es notwendig, die regionalen elektrotechnischen Vorschriften zu
beachten. Netzspannung und Netzfrequenz mssen mit den Angaben auf dem
Gertetypenschild bereinstimmen.

Die Steckdose muss aus Sicherheitsgrnden gut zugnglich sein, damit das Gert bei Gefahr schnell vom
Netz getrennt werden kann.
Der zugehrige Stromkreis darf im Sicherungskasten mit maximal 16 A abgesichert werden.
Das Absaugaggregat wird ber die Steuerspannung (24V / AC/DC) der Baugruppe oder ber das
Bettigen des Schalters (Model T) eingeschaltet.
Das elektrische Kabel zum Anschluss ans elektrische Netz und die Luftschluche drfen
nicht abgeknickt sein.

11. ERSTE INBETRIEBNAHME
Kontrollieren Sie bitte, ob alle whrend des Transports verwendeten Transportsicherungen entfernt
wurden.
Kontrollieren Sie den ordnungsgemen Anschluss des pneumatischen Verteilungsnetzes
(Unterdrucknetzes).
Den ordnungsgemen Anschluss des Gertes ans elektrische Stromnetz und die elektrische Verbindung
zur Dentalbaugruppe kontrollieren.
Die dentale Absaugpumpe wird von der Baugruppe gesteuert. Der Unterdruck im Verteilungsnetz wird
nach Signalankunft von der Baugruppe zum Steuermodul erzeugt.
BEDIENUNG
Bei Gefahr das Gert vom Stromnetz trennen (Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen)!

Die Oberflchen der Absaugpumpenteile werden whrend des Betriebes sehr hei.
Achtung, bei Berhrung besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!
Die Absaugpumpe wird immer direkt nach Signaleingang von der dentalen Baugruppe in
Betrieb gesetzt. Der Khlungsventilator ist immer zusammen mit der Absaugpumpe im
Betrieb.

12. EINSCHALTEN DES GERTES

Nach dem Anschluss der Netzspannung ist das Gert fr den Betrieb vorbereitet und verbleibt bis zum
Signaleingang aus der Dentalbaugruppe im Standby-Modus. Die Absaugpumpe wird nach Signaleingang
aus der Dentalbaugruppe in Betrieb gesetzt. Daraufhin wird der Unterdruck im Verteilungsnetz erzeugt. Bei
einer Signalunterbrechung setzt der Betrieb wieder aus

14. WARTUNG

Ttigkeiten, die den Rahmen der normalen Wartung berschreiten, drfen nur durch
qualifizierte Fachleute durchfhrt werden. Dabei drfen nur vom Hersteller freigegebene
Zubehr- und Ersatzteile verwendet werden.

Vor jeder Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeit ist das Gert zwingend auszuschalten und
durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers vom Stromnetz zu trennen.

Vor den Kontrollen ist es notwendig, das Gehuse des Gertes zu entfernen.

Die Absaugpumpe ist so entworfen und hergestellt, dass keine Sonderwartung erforderlich ist.

15. LAGERUNG
Falls das Gert lngere Zeit nicht eingesetzt werden soll, empfiehlt der Hersteller das Gert mit
unbegrenztem Luftdurchfluss (ohne Kanlen am Eingang) fr die Dauer von etwa 10 Minuten zu betreiben.
16. ENTSORGUNG DES GERTES

Das Gert vom Stromnetz und vom pneumatischen Netz trennen.

Die Regeln der persnlichen Hygiene fr die Arbeit mit kontaminiertem Material einhalten.
Separieren, kennzeichnen, verpacken und sichern Sie die kontaminierten Teile entsprechend der
nationalen Vorschriften.
Das Gert entsprechend der rtlich geltenden Vorschriften entsorgen.
Alle Produktteile des Gertes haben nach Ablauf ihrer Lebensdauer keinen negativen Einfluss auf die
Umwelt.
Innere Teile der Absaugpumpe knnen infolge falscher Nutzung durch biologisches
Material kontaminiert sein. Vor der Entsorgung sind die Teile einer spezialisierten Firma zur
Dekontaminierung bergeben.

17. INFORMATIONEN BER REPARATURBETRIEBE

Garantieleistungen und Reparaturen nach Ablauf der Garantie werden durch den Hersteller, durch vom
Hersteller benannte Firmen, oder durch vom Hersteller autorisiertes Servicepersonal sichergestellt.
Hinweis!
Der Hersteller behlt sich das Recht vor, am Gert nderungen durchzufhren, die die wesentlichen
Eigenschaften des Gertes aber nicht beeinflussen.
18. FEHLERSUCHE UND FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Vor einem Eingriff in das Gert ist es erforderlich, das Gert vom Stromnetz zu trennen.
Ttigkeiten, die mit der Fehlerbehebung zusammenhngen, drfen nur durch qualifizierte Fachmnner des
Servicedienstes durchfhrt werden.
Beim Verdacht, dass zu reparierende Gerteteile kontaminiert sein knnten, beachten Sie bitte die folgende
Regel:
Innere Teile der Absaugpumpe knnen infolge falscher Nutzung durch biologisches
Material kontaminiert sein. Vor der Entsorgung sind die Teile einer spezialisierten Firma zur
Dekontaminierung bergeben.
Erst danach die Reparatur beschdigter Teile durchfhren.

2.1.

Avis gnraux

Les notices dinstallation, de mise en marche et dentretien sont livres avec lappareil. Il est ncessaire
quelles soient toujours la disposition de linstallateur. Le strict respect de cette notice est la condition
sine qua non dinstallation correcte et de prennit.
La scurit du personnel et lexploitation sans panne de linstallation ne peuvent tre garanties que si les
pices originales sont utilises. Il nest possible dutiliser que les accessoires prescrits dans la
documentation technique ou explicitement autorise par le fabriquant. Si lutilisateur a recours aux
accessoires non-autoriss, le fabriquant ne peut endosser aucune garantie de lexploitation ou
fonctionnement sr.
La garantie ne couvre pas des dommages dus lemploi daccessoires non prescrits ou recommands par
le fabricant.
Le fabriquant assume la responsabilit de la scurit, la fiabilit et le bon fonctionnement sous condition
que :
- Linstallation, rajustements, modifications, agrandissement et remises en tat soient effectus par le
fabriquant, son reprsentant ou le service aprs-vente agre.
- lappareil soit utilis conformment au mode dinstallation, de commande et dentretien.
Les notices dinstallation, de mise en service et dentretien correspondent au type de lappareil et son
tat selon les normes techniques et de scurit respectives. Le fabriquant se rserve tous les droits la
protection des installations, mthodes et dnominations utilises.
2.2.

Avis gnraux de scurit

Le fabriquant a mis au point et construit lappareil de manire prvenir tout dtrioration en supposant que
lappareil soit utilis conformment son affectation. Le fabriquant estime obligatoire de dfinir les mesures
de sret suivantes afin dviter tous dommages possibles.
Lors de lexploitation de lappareil, il faut respecter les lois et les rglements en vigueur dans lendroit
dexploitation. Dans lintrt dassurer un droulement sr du travail, ce sont lexploitant et lutilisateur qui
rpondent du respect des rglements.
Lemballage dorigine doit tre conserv pour un renvoi ventuel du matriel. Seul lemballage dorigine
garanti la protection adquate de lappareil pendant le transport. Si lappareil doit faire retour sous garanti,
le fabriquant ne rpond nullement des dommages dus lemballage incorrect.
Avant toute mise en marche de lappareil, lutilisateur est tenu de sassurer du fonctionnement ainsi que du
bon tat de lappareil.
Lutilisateur doit tre mis au courant du fonctionnement de lappareil.
Si, par suite de lexploitation de lappareil, il se produit un accident, lutilisateur est tenu dinformer
durgence son fournisseur de cet vnement.
Le produit nest pas destin tre install dans des locaux mis en danger par une explosion.
Lappareil nest pas prvu pour le service dans latmosphre favorisant la combustion..
2.3.

Avertissements de scurit pour la protection lectrique

Linstallation ne peut tre branche qu une prise de courant raccorde la terre.

Avant le branchement de lappareil, il est ncessaire de sassurer du voltage et de la tension de rseau
lectrique conformment aux valeurs indiques sur la plaque didentification de lappareil.
Avant la mise en service, pour viter dventuels dommages, les conduites dair et alimentations
lectriques non conformes devront tre imprativement changes.
Dans des situations dangereuses ou lors des pannes techniques il est ncessaire de dbrancher
linstallation immdiatement (retirer lalimentation lectrique).
Pour tous travaux de rparation et/ou maintenance, il est ncessaire de :
- dbrancher la prise dalimentation lectrique
- vider la pression des tuyaux
Lappareil ne peut tre install que par un technicien qualifi.

4. CONDITIONS DE STOCKAGE ET TRANSPORT

Linstallation est livre par le constructeur en emballage de transport. qui le protge contre tout
endommagement durant le transport.
Lors du transport, si possible, utiliser uniquement lemballage dorigine. Transporter
linstallation en position conforme au symbole reprsent sur lemballage du produit

Pendant le transport et le stockage, protger laspirateur contre lhumidit, les impurets et les
tempratures excessives. Laspirateur dans son emballage dorigine peut tre entrepos dans
des locaux chauds, secs et sans poussires.
Garder lemballage, si possible. Dans le cas contraire, dtruire le matriel demballage de
manire ne pas polluer lenvironnement. Le carton demballage peut tre recycl.

6. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT
6.1.

Emploi suivant laffectation

Laspirateur dentaire DO 2.1 sert de source de sous-pression pour les instruments embouts des tuyaux
daspiration de lunit dentaire quipe de bloc daspiration (cest--dire support avec tuyau, embouts et
sparateur).
Laspirateur dentaire consiste dun groupe daspiration avec base, dun ventilateur de refroidissement, dun
module de commande et dune armoire dinsonorisation. Lappareil se met en marche moyennant la tension
de pilotage (24V/0.1A DC/AC) ou en enclenchant linterrupteur (modle T) situ sur lunit. Le ventilateur
de refroidissement constitue la circulation force de lair lintrieur de larmoire
Les aspirateurs dentaires sont fabliqus en fonction de leur affectation:
DO 2.1, DO 2.1-10 aspirateur stationnaire en armoire sert de source de sous-pression pour lunit
dentaire, laspirateur sur la base est quip de module de commande qui met en marche laspirateur
moyennant le signal de 24V AC/DC dlivr de lunit. Larmoire dinsonorisation rduit de faon efficace le
niveau sonore de laspirateur.
DO 2.1 T, DO 2.1-10 T la mme variante que pour DO 2.1. Aspirateur est command interupteur de
ensamble au moyen de voltage de module "T".
DO 2.1/Z, DO 2.1-10/Z aspirateur stationnaire sans armoire sert de source de sous-pression pour lunit
dentaire, laspirateur sur la base est quip de module de commande qui met en marche laspirateur
moyennant le signal de 24V AC/DC provenant de lunit.
DO 2.1/Z T, DO 2.1-10/Z T la mme variante que pour DO 2.1/Z. Aspirateur est command interupteur de
ensamble au moyen de voltage de module "T".
Les aspirateurs dentaires marqus DO 2.1-10, DO 2.1-10 T ne diffrent des autres que par
leurs dimensions et poids de manire se conformer au design des compresseurs de type
DK50-10 S.
7.

DESCRIPTION DU FONCTIONNEMENT

Le groupe daspirateur (1) (fig.1) cre, dans la distribution

pneumatique, la sous-pression qui aspire les substances
trangres du champ de travail du mdecin et les vhicule
dans le sparateur dans lunit dentaire. Lair pur lissue
du sparateur passe par le groupe daspiration pour tre
refoul travers le tuyau de sortie et lamortisseur de lair
sortant (6) dans lespace lextrieur du cabinet
stomatologique. Le groupe daspiration se met en marche
par le module de commande (3) pilotant le signal amen
de lunit (tension de 24V AC/DC ou enclenchement de
linterrupteur - modle T). Le groupe est install sur la
base (5) au-dessus du ventilateur de refroidissement (4),
qui constitue, lintrieur de larmoire (2), la circulation
force de lair. Larmoire mtallique sur pieds est munie
disolement dinsonorisation qui assure le niveau sonore
bas pour son environnement et, grce au ventilateur, une
circulation suffisante de lair de refroidissement circulant
travers la fente entre larmoire ou la base et le sol. Lair de
refroidissement est ensuite refoul travers lorifice dans
la paroi de derrire de larmoire.

Il est interdit de poser des obstacles laspiration de lair de refroidissement dans

larmoire (sur le primtre de la partie infrieure de larmoire) ainsi quau refoulement de lair
chaud de la partie derrire haute de larmoire.
En cas de mise en place du Linstallation sur un plancher mou par exemple: un tapis, il
faut crer un espace espace pour le passage de lair de refroidissement vide entre la base
et le plancher ou le coffret et le plancher, en calant les pieds avec des supports durs afin
dassurer un bon fonctionnement du Linstallation.

8. CONDITIONS DEMPLOI
Lappareil ne peut tre install et exploit que dans des locaux secs, bien ars et sans poussires o la
temprature ambiante varie de +5C + 40C et lhumidit relative de lair ne dpasse pas 70%.
Linstallation doit tre install de manire quil soit facilement accessible au personnel de manoeuvre et
dentretien et que la plaque dappareil soit aussi accessible.
Lappareil doit tre dpos sur une surface plate suffisamment stable (attention au poids du compresseur,
voir article 5.Caractristiques techniques).
Les aspirateurs ne peuvent pas tre exposs au milieu extrieur. Linstallation nest pas prvue pour
lexploitation dans un milieu humide ou mouill. Il est interdit dutiliser linstallation dans des locaux
contenant des gaz explosifs ou des liquides inflammables.
Avant lassemblage de laspirateur une installation, il faut sassurer que lair disponible satisfera les
exigences de laffectation donne. Dans cet objectif, il faut respecter les donnes techniques du produit.
La classification et lattestation de conformit lors de lassemblage doivent tre confies au fournisseur du
produit final.
Tout autre usage ou emploi en dehors du cadre de cette affectation nest pas considr comme lusage
suivant laffection. Le fabricant ne se porte pas garant des dommages qui en rsultent. Cest
exclusivement lexploitant/lutilisateur qui en prend les risques.
9. INSTALLATION DU PRODUIT

Linstallation et la premire mise en marche de lappareil ne peuvent tre confies qu un

technicien qualifi. Celui-ci est aussi tenu dinitier le personnel de manoeuvre
lutilisation et lentretien courant de lappareil. Il fournit lattestation de linstallation et de
la formation du personnel par sa signature dans le document de remise de lappareil.

Avant la mise en exploitation initiale, toutes les pices de fixation servant protger
linstallation durant le transport doivent tre tes afin doter tout danger
dendommagement du produit.

Linstallation en action, les composantes de laspirateur peuvent atteindre des

tempratures dangereuses pour le contact du personnel ou du matriel. Danger
dincendie! Attention la surface chaude!

Positionner laspirateur sur base (fig.2 ) au sol lendroit prvu et

ter les cales de fixation de transport. Relier les tuyaux lentre
et la sortie de laspirateur. Installer la distribution lectrique et
pneumatique de manire suivante:
Distribution dans le plancher raccourcir les tuyaux si ncessaire
et les relier aux conduits prpars traversant le trou perc dans
la base. Brancher les fils lectriques au module de commande,
larrive de la tension de rseau aux bornes PE, U, N et brancher
larrive du signal de lunit aux bornes 1, 2.
Distribution sur le plancher orienter le cordon dalimentation
lectrique ainsi que les tuyaux vers la partie de fond de la base.
Raccorder le cordon de commande de lunit au module de
commande et les enfiler travers le trou dans larmoire capotant
laspirateur. Orienter le devant de larmoire vers le devant de
lappareil. Brancher la fiche du cordon lectrique dans la prise.

9.1.

Branchement de la sous-pression

Deux tuyaux pour aspiration et refoulement sont branchs au

groupe daspiration (fig.3). Les tuyaux relis lentre (1)et la
sortie (2) du groupe mnent vers la paroi de fond de larmoire et
sortent travers le trou de fond ou dbouchent dans la
canalisation dans le plancher. Le tuyau daspiration est reli la
distribution du rcepteur (unit dentaire) et le tuyau de refoulement
est reli aux conduits sortant lextrieur de la zone de travail de
lutilisateur.

Branchement dlectricit

Brancher la fiche du cordon rseau dans la prise rseau.

Lappareil est livr avec le cordon termin par une fourchette contact protg. Il est
absolument indispensable de respecter la rglementation lectrotechnique locale. La
tension de rseau et la frquence doivent correspondre aux indications sur la plaque
dappareil.
Pour des raison de scurit, la prise doit tre aisment accessible pour que lappareil puisse se
dbrancher facilement en cas de danger.
Le circuit de courant respectif doit tre assur dans la distribution de lnergie lectrique par 16A au
maximum.
Le groupe daspiration est pilot par la tension (24V / AC/DC) partant de lunit ou par lenclenchement de
linterrupteur (modle T) donc le signal amen par le cordon de lunit dentaire au module de commande
de laspirateur.
Le cordon lectrique au rseau lectrique ainsi que les tuyaux air ne peuvent pas tre
casss.

11. MISE EN EXPLOITATION INITIALE

Vrifier si tous les lments de fixation utiliss pendant le transport sont enlevs.
Vrifier le branchement correct des conduits de sous-pression de lair.
Vrifier le branchement correct au rseau lectrique et la liaison lectrique de lunit dentaire.
Laspirateur dentaire est command du bord de lunit, il commence crer la sous-pression dans la
distribution une fois institu le signal de lunit au module de commande.

COMMANDE

En cas de danger dbrancher du rseau (dbrancher la fiche de rseau).

L'aspirateur contient des surfaces chaudes. Il existe un danger de brlure au toucher.

Laspirateur se met en marche chaque fois que le signal est dlivr par lunit dentaire.
Le ventilateur de refroidissement fonctionne toujours simultanment avec laspirateur.

12. MISE EN MARCHE DU L'INSTALLATION

Lappareil est prt au service ds que la tension de rseau est amen au module de commande.
Laspirateur se met en marche (soit cre la sous-pression dans la distribution) ds que le signal est amen
de lunit dentaire. Si le signal est interrompu, laspirateur sarrte.

14. ENTRETIEN

Les travaux de rparation, dpassant le cadre de maintenance ordinaire, ne peuvent tre

effectus que par un technicien qualifi ou le service aprs-vente du fabriquant.
Utiliser uniquement les pices de rechange et les accessoires prescrits par le fabriquant.

Avant toute intervention dentretien ou de rparation dbrancher et mettre linstallation

hors service (dbrancher la fiche de rseau).

Avant les rvisions il faut dposer larmoire de lappareil.

Laspirateur est conu et fabriqu de manire ne pas demander de maintenance spciale.

15. MISE HORS DE SERVICE
Si lappareil nest pas utilis au cours dune priode plus longue, le constructeur recommande de le mettre
en service pendant environ 10 minutes avec un dbit illimit de lair (sans canules lentre). Dbrancher
ensuite lappareil du rseau lectrique
16. ANANTISSEMENT DE LAPPAREIL

Dbrancher linstallation du rseau lectrique.

Respecter les rgles de lhygine personnelle pour la manipulation du matriel contamin.
Sparer, reprer, emballer et assurer la dcontamination des composants contamins en conformit
avec la lgislation locale.
Dtruire laspirateur dentaire suivant la rglementation locale.
Les composantes du produit nont pas limpact ngatif sur lenvironnement une fois termine leur
longvit.
Suite une utilisation incorrecte, les composants intrieurs de laspirateur peuvent tre
contamins par un matriel de nature biologique. Avant de procder au triage et la
destruction, remettre un organisme spcialis pour dcontamination.

17. INFORMATIONS SUR LE SERVICE APRS-VENTE

Les remises en tat couvertes et non-couvertes par la garantie sont assures par le fabriquant ou les
organismes et les personnes autoriss par celui-l.
Avertissement!
Le fabriquant se rserve le droit dffectuer des modifications de lappareil ne pouvant cependant pas
influencer les performances capitales de celui-ci
18. DTECTION DE PANNES ET DPANNAGE
Avant tout intervention il est ncessaire dbrancher lappareil du secteur.
Les travaux de dpannage ne peuvent tre confis qu un technicien qualifi du service aprs-vente.
Si vous avez des soupons que certains composants de linstallation ncessitant la rparation puissent tre
contamins, veuillez suivre la procdure suivante:
Respecter les rgles de lhygine personnelle pour la manipulation du matriel
contamin. Sparer, reprer, emballer et assurer la dcontamination des composants
contamins en conformit avec la lgislation locale.
Effectuer la rparation des lments dfectueux.

Zastosowanie zgodnie z przeznaczeniem

Pompa ssca DO 2.1 jest rdem podcinienia dla instrumentw - kocwek wy odsysajcych zestawu
dentystycznego, ktry jest wyposaony w blok odsysania (tzn. uchwyt z wem, kocwkami oraz
oddzielaczem - separatorem).
Pompa ssca skada si z agregatu odsysania z podstaw, dodatkowego wentylatora chodzcego, moduu
sterowania oraz skrzynki z izolacj przeciwhaasow. Wyrb zostaje uruchamiany napiciem sterujcym
(24V/0.1A DC/AC) lub przez wczenie cznika (model T) zestawu. Wentylator chodzcy zabezpiecza w
skrzynce obieg wymuszony powietrza.
Pompy ssce s produkowane zgodnie z przeznaczeniem:

wilgotno powietrza nie przekracza 70 %. Ssak powinna zosta zainstalowana w taki sposb, aby bya
atwo dostpna w celu obsugi i remontu biecego, jak rwnie aby bya dostpna tabliczka znamionowa.
Przyrzd powinien sta na rwnym i dostatecznie stabilnym podou (naley uwaa na mas sprarki,
