Bio

I attended Dominican University in River Forest, IL, to obtain my Masters degree in Library and
Information Science and graduated January 2010. I was the board secretary for the Special Libraries
Association Competitive Intelligence Division from 2007-2010 and sat on the Communication’s Committee
from 2011-2012.

I completed certifications in July 2012 from the Special Libraries Association in Knowledge Management
and Knowledge Services (KMKS101) and Change Management and Change Implementation in the
Knowledge Domain (KMKS105). I earned a dual certificate in Competitive Intelligence and the Intelligence
Information Function from the Special Libraries Association in November 2007.

I received my B.A. from the University of Iowa in Anthropology with a Minor in Religion. I also spent a
semester abroad studying Irish Literature at the University of Dublin, Trinity College, and participated in a
writers’ workshop.

I can fully demonstrate skills, knowledge, interest in, and dedication to trends and technologies used for
change management and overcoming information overload. I enjoy investigating, developing, integrating,
and designing processes to enhance communication between business units and improve the delivery of
actionable information.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, photography, cooking, movies, blogging, and sports.
