Given the relatively poor quality of the inputted material, the resulting spreadsheet wasn't so hot. (This has been the case with a number of counties.) I haven't cleaned them up, but I've uploaded them in case they might be of use to anyone. (They probably only are helpful if you look at them side-by-side with the PDFs.)
