The People’s Grievances against the
Government of the United States
We the People
of the United States, in order to return to a more perfect Union, do hereby putforward a list of grievances and an agenda for the remedy of those grievances. The
Take It Back
Platform:The People Demand our Rights as Enumerated by the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITEDSTATES. In addition the People hold Elected Officials responsible for the competent executionof their obligations as prescribed by CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES and their oathto uphold it.1)
The People Stand in Defense of Amendment II
of the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITEDSTATES. The People Oppose the current wave of legislation intended to Infringe on the
People’s Right to Keep and Bear Arms and support repeal of
all laws that restrict the Rightsgranted to the People by the Second Amendment. The Second Amendment in the Bill of Rights As ratified by the States and authenticated byThomas Jefferson, Secretary of State, clearly states:
“A well regulated militia bein
g necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to
keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
With the exception of violent criminals and the mentally ill, any infringement on the People'sright to keep and bear arms is a clear violation of the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights.Infringement includes but is not limited to: A) Firearms Registration.

B) Restrictions on sales of Firearms

C) Fees or Taxes Levied upon Firearm Owners or Ammunition purchases.D) Restrictions on availability or cost of Ammunition.

E) Private sales of Firearms and/or Ammunition.

In addition the People’s position is that state and local restrictions of the People’s Gun Rights
are illegal with respect to
Article VI clause 2:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuancethereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, anythin
g in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.”
2)
The People Demand Due Process
for all citizens of the United States. There must be aninvestigation of the actions taken by President Obama regarding the extrajudicial assassinationof 3 Americans; Anwar al-Awlaki, Samir Kahn and Abdul-Rahman Awlaki, in direct contraventionof the 5th and 14th Amendments to CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES and that he beimpeached and held for trial for violating the Rights of American Citizens:
Amendment V
of the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATESNo person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on apresentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces,or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person besubject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled inany criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without justcompensation.
Amendment XIV
of the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES
Section 1:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdictionthereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shallmake or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of theUnited States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without dueprocess of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.3)
The People Demand an End to Taxation without Representation.
The People demand an
end to the “Generational Theft” now being perpetrated against America’s posterity which istantamount to “Taxation without Representation” of Future Generations.
The People understand that radical reorganization of the distribution of governmental powers inThe United States is required. The structure of government must move away from CentralizedPlanning by a faceless Federal Bureaucracy, and must be replaced with the regional,
responsive, services only the States can provide. Today’s fiscal realities preclude the
govern
ment’s ability to sustain the current level of spending. The People understand that, withthe exception of Social Security, “Mandatory Spending” must be the responsibility of the States
only. Since the States cannot engage in deficit spending,
the budget f
or “MandatorySpending” will have to be balanced
. As a result this proposal will eliminate redundant layersof Taxes and Bureaucracy. While the
Take It Back
agenda is an ambitious one, it will continue to evolve to meet thechallenges, to our way of life and the rule of law, as they emerge.Find us on Facebook at the New York Sons of Liberty page
