This regulation supercedes ForcesCommand (FORSCOM) Regulation 350-1, dated1 October 1998 and prescribes training requirementsfor active duty units in Forces Command andadditionally provides guidance, procedures, and policies for all active duty and Reserve Componentunits to obtain specialized training support, attendspecialized training centers, and conduct specializedtraining programs. Premobilization trainingrequirements for Army National Guard (ARNG, andthe United States Army Reserve (USAR) units arefound in FR 350-2.
Applicability.
Chapters 1 through 3 andAppendixes A through C apply to AC unit training.These particular chapters and appendixes establishFORSCOM objectives, responsibilities, philosophy,and guidance for the conduct of military training for FORSCOM active duty units. Appendixes D throughJ are applicable to all FORSCOM Active andReserve Component units for which theCommanding General, FORSCOM has trainingresponsibility and provide guidance, procedures, and policies for all active duty and Reserve Componentunits to obtain specialized training support, attendspecialized training centers, and conduct specializedtraining programs. Appendixes D through J cover Joint Airborne/Air Transportability Training, Air-Ground Operations Training, Aviation Unit andIndividual Training, Intelligence and ElectronicWarfare Training, and Special EnvironmentTraining.
Supplementation.
Supplementation of thisregulation is prohibited without prior approval of Commander, FORSCOM, ATTN: AFOP-TR, 1777Hardee Avenue, SW., Fort McPherson, Georgia30330-1062.
