Although I thank very much PoliceAbuse.com's disposition of our complaint to theMinneapolis Police Force ,

I feel that by its wording, and terms with which I did not consent, may haveinadvertently, made us vulnerable to further corrupted actions being brought against us by Minneapolis police lending further towards possible nefarious attempts at my/our abduction and/or murder.Although our complain is more than valid but even understatement of the horrors throughwhich we have been placed unto our attempted kidnapping and murder, the conditions of the complaint with wich I was not consulted, place me at great risk of abuse from the body charged with the abuse-the MN Police."During its 2005 session, the Minnesota legislature passed a law making it a crime to“falsely” report police brutality. If found guilty, a person could be jailed for up to a year.This law is so vaguely worded that even journalists who report on incidents that can’tlater be proven could be subject to prosecution. The law does not specify who woulddecide if a police brutality report is false—will it be the same police department the person is complaining about? This law is clearly meant to frighten people away fromfiling complaints against abusive police officers.This new law is a violation of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment right of freespeech and right to criticize a branch of the government and demand redress of grievances.
