Among 27 barangays, Plainview is one of the largest having 115. 92 landarea with the population of 24,608. Each barangay has their own budget andone of those barangay is Plainview which has 6,000,000 million budget. The roads are concrete, cemented and the streets were usually dry butthere are animal wastes and trashes scattered every where that makes thearea looks unclean and polluted. Some electric wiring is entangled anddefective because of the recklessness of the residents which can lead themto danger. They have designated place for tricycles, pedicabs and jeepneys to thecommunity risk to queue for arrive, to ensure safety, comfortable, and makessure that the community is organize and easy to travel. There are some hawker food and stores where they can buy their cookedfoods immediately if they do not have time to prepare one. They also havesmall wet market where they buy their everyday needs which are sold in amuch reasonable prize for them.Despite the fact that they are living in depressed area, the communitystill engage in technological activity. There are some computer shop aroundthe community that people can go and play, chat and search. These are oneof the things that can enhance their recreational activities and form of communication. They have fire station for emergencies. Public health centers for thosepeople who cannot afford to pay for hospital and lastly they have policestation to ensure the safety of every citizens of the barangay.
