 engine-driven and other tools, such as powder-actuated products.Excluded from this report are non-powered hand tools and machine tools.Major world regions include:

 Western Europe
 Asia/Pacific
 all other regions.Demand by product segment is also forecast for each major world region.To illustrate historical trends world, product, and regional demand are provided for 2006and 2011. World and regional demand are further segmented by the following marketsfor 2011:
 professional
 consumer.Finally, world production is segmented by major world region and provided for 2006,2011, and 2016.Forecasts emanate from the identification and analysis of pertinent statisticalrelationships and other historical trends/events as well as their expectedprogression/impact over the forecast period. Changes in quantities between reportedyears of a given total or segment are typically provided in terms of five-year compoundannual growth rates (CAGRs).
