Wed.,Jan.30 Deadline to turn in, fax or email Form B-2,by 3:00 pm Notice of Precinct Caucus Meeting Place.Preferably, as soon as possible, please email the date, time and locationof your caucus to me at chairman@tulsagop.org.   An email containing the information asked for on the Form B-2 will serveas official notice to me about your caucus.Thursday, Feb. 7 The dates on which Precinct Caucuses are to be held.Friday, Feb. 8 or (Holding the meetings on these dates will allow state RepresentativesSaturday, Feb 9 and Senators to participate.)Saturday, Feb 9 The latest date and time for a Precinct Caucus to assureat 7:00 pm completed, original forms are turned in to the HQ Office on a timely basis(Preferred time:
