March Is Reading Month!

March is Reading Month at the school. Throughout the month, there will be various activities to encourage reading including wearing hats and costumes related to books, bringing props from favorite stories, wearing green for St. Patrick's Day, and wearing neon colors for reading time. Students can earn prizes like iPads, lunch with teachers, extra recess, and a reading party for their reading log minutes and book reports. They will also vote on the favorite read aloud of the year and create a classroom door display with their favorite book title and name.
