One of the alternative model effective study, efficient for senior high school and can beapplied to submit accountancy subject specially at elementary interest compile service firmwork sheet is direct instruction. Direct instruction represent study model which is centre onlearn and more is majoring of effective study strategy utilize to extend information about teaching items. Target of in this research that is (1) to know activity of teacher and student activity in implementation direct instruction, (2) to know the improvement of result learn student in implementation direct instruction, and (3) to know student response about implementation direct instruction at elementary interest compile work sheet. This Researchtype is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Its Subjek Research is class student of XI IPS 2amounting to 36 student, and its research object is applying of direct instructions. Its Research device consist of four phase that is planning, execution, observation, and reflection. Technique data collecting use observation, tes, enquette, and documentation. Theused Technique of data analyse is quantitative descriptive analysis. Result of analysis toactivity teacher in course of learning to teach by using direct instruction during two natural cycle is improvement of equal to 10,6% that is at cycle of I 76,1% with good classificationand at cycle of II 86,7% with classification very good. Natural Student activity isimprovement of during two cycle equal to 13,4% that is at cycle of I 80,1% with good classification and at cycle of II 93,5% with classification very good. From result learn student individually during two natural cycle is improvement of equal to 9,47 that is at cycleof I 77,20 and at cycle of II 86,67 while result learn student by klasikal also experience of theimprovement of during two cycle equal to 16,65% that is at cycle of I 80,57% and at cycle of II 97,22%. Student Respon to process learn to teach by using direct instructions most student answer to agree (S), that is with mean of is percentage of equal to 58,34%, so that can beconcluded that student respon do well by process learn to teach by using direct instructions. Pursuant to result of this research, direct instructions can be used as by alternative model study because can improve result learn student at elementary interest compile service firmwork sheet. Shall direct instruction can be applied at other subject which require knowledgeof declaratif and prosedural in forwarding of its items.
