Southwest Idaho Regional Conference

Greetings,I am writing to invite you to participate in this year’s Southwest Regional Spring Conference onWednesday, April 8, 2009, in Caldwell, Idaho. Approximately 75 librarians and library staff attended lastyear, and we anticipate the same or higher registration this year. Our attendees include individuals whowork at public and school libraries, academic libraries, and other types of information organizations. Allare enthusiastic buyers of books and educational products, both professionally and personally.We hope you will join us in Caldwell! As you consider participating, please keep in mind:

Attendees often expect to purchase items at the conference, but if you prefer to take orders only,you are welcome to do so.

•

Vendor tables are available for $60.00 for one table, or $90 for a larger area with two tables. After March 14, 2009, the price of the tables will increase by $10.

•

The number of tables at the venue is limited, so vendor reservations will be first come, first served.

•

One lunch is included in the vendor fee for each full price table reserved.

•

The display area will be open at 7:30 a.m. for setup. There will be a vendor breaks for shoppingand conversation in the morning and in the afternoon, in addition to short breaks between presentations and lunch.
