(15 minutes)Participants explore processes for collecting match-related infor-mation and making match decisions.
4.The First Meeting
(25 minutes)Pairs outline scenarios for a first mentor-mentee meeting that willhelp the relationship get off to a good start.
5.Supporting Mentors and Youth
(35 minutes)Participants identify common challenges in one-to-one matchesandexplore strategies for preventing or addressing them.
