Description

It is now dawning on the consciousness of the Indic that a lot of the developments that took place in the ancient world in the areas pf astronomy and mathematics, happened in the Indian subcontinent, and that the hypothesis that was made by Occidentals that India had borrowed a lot from Greece is for the most part untrue. In fact it was India that was the progenitor of such well known artifacts such as the Solar Zodiac in fact originated in India and not in Greece or in Babylon. This has profound implications for the future of the Indic peoples and the rest of the world. What is so equally sad is that the British who portrayed themselves as custodians of a trust during their rule over India, , not only did not honor the minimum obligations of such a trusteeship but went out of their way to destroy the remnants of this once shining civilization . If i were an Englishman today , i would hardly consider this their finest hour and in fact this should be regarded as a matter of deep shame.
