In one letter Holder says NO we would not kill people on US soil under THIS HYPOTHETICAL scenario while in the other letter Holder says YES we would kill people on US soil under this OTHER hypothetical scenario so when people argue about the contents or implications of what is in the Holder letter it is important to make clear WHICH one they are talking about.
