Resolution authorizing execution of Amendment 1 to Standard Agreement 13F-3029 withthe State Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) for the CommunityServices Block Grant (CSBG) for services designed to assist low-income residents (Res 13-052), increasing the program funding from $68,886 to $126,144, and revising contractlanguage for certain contract provisions including budget and payment provisions as well as procurement procedures, and Commercial and Government (CAGE) and Date Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) registration with the State, for the period January 1, 2013through December 31, 2013.Director of Behavioral Health: Michael Heggarty3. Resolution authorizing execution of Amendment 1 to contract with Community RecoveryResources (CoRR) for comprehensive residential treatment services for adults for therecovery of alcohol/drug dependency (Res. 12-298), increasing the contract maximum from$185,000 to $205,000 to meet the level of residential and detox services necessary to meetcommunity needs, for the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.Interim Director of Public Health: Tex Ritter 4. Resolution authorizing execution of Agreement 9903-5320-71209-13 with the CaliforniaFamily Health Council (CFHC) pertaining to awarding the Nevada County Public HealthDepartment up to a maximum of $93,260 for reproductive health and family planningservices, for the period January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters: Gregory Diaz5.
