for hospital for investigation. He alsoexpressed much concern that he hadnot been able to cover Hazrat
Ameer’s tour after Hazrat Ameer left
for Trinidad. He was confident that after the hos-pital investigation some kind of treatment would start and it wouldimprove his health and then hewould be able to give readers an up-to-
date resume of Hazrat Ameer’s
long tour. Alas! This proved to be hisdying wish.I understand from Bhabi Parveenthat on the Friday he was quite downand did not eat much. Before it wasbedtime Bhabi Parveen asked him if he would like to have some juice, but he declined and went to sleep.
The next morning at six o’clock she
went to his bed as usual to wake himand to give him something to eat before he could have his insulin in-jection. But he did not respond to hercall and when she shook him sherealised that he was dead. She imme-diately informed his brothersand his children.Br Akbar had already bought aplot in the Greater SacramentoMuslim Cemetery. The janazaprayer for the deceased was an-nounced for Monday, 19th No-vember at 1.30 p.m., immedi-ately after the Zuhr prayer.
