The meeting was called to set an agenda for the big meeting on March 20and suggestions were invited. There were approximately 22 members present.\par\parPatti opened by commenting on the remarkable growth of this very new Club. "Whowudda thunk we could come so far so fast" she asked! She commented on theenthusiasm of the membership and on the remarkable growth of the club in a veryshort time. \par\parPoints to be considered for the March 20 agenda were:\par\parNeed for organization: Discussion was held as to whether we need a President, VP,and secretary - or would a Board of Directors be more equitable? \par\parIf we elected a President and VP perhaps there should also be also two people intraining to learn the positions and be ready to assume them in future. It wasagreed that at present we have some positions filled.\par\parPublicity Chair: Patti Ducharme\parBirdie Chair: Suzanne White\parTreasurer: Diane Hadley\parCo Tournament Chairs: Lois Pelow and Cecile Young\parSecretary: Udea Onslow is taking minutes today.\par\parNames for Tournaments: Renaming a Presidents Cup type tournament "Players Cup" wassuggested. A vote was taken and the name was adopted unanimously. Other nametournaments are to be determined.\par\parFalcon Watch Home and Home: Members were gratified to learn that we have beeninvited to a Home & Home with Falcon on April 24th. The possibility of other suchoccasions were reviewed such as Club Championship and a Member Guest and weretabled for the March meeting.\par\parHandicaps of Flights: It was announced that at present flights are:\par\parA: 1-22.0\parB: 22.1 - 26.0\parC: 26.1 - 30.0\parD: 30.1 - 40.0\par\parThe system for payout was discussed, also tie breaking is to be reviewed.\parThese matters are to be voted on at the meeting March 20.\par\parIt was stated that a 3 or 4 page paper of instructions to run the weeklytournament was being prepared and would greatly benefit members working on weekly
