The Macroeconomic backdrop is “close” to finding a bottom.
However, there is still some distance to go.
Most importantly the consumer has begun to improve householdfinances, the 1st step in improving demand going forward
Initial optimism in Obama and “the plan” has deterioratedunderscoring the need to stay DEFENSIVE.
While risk measures are still undercontol, higher levels of overallpercent invested can be maintained.
The Dollar looks to strengthen further.
