Please SAVE often!!Let’s get started
Open a 550x550 transparent canvas. Flood fill white.Open a paper of choice from Jill’s “cbj_IrishCharmII - MiniTaggerKit”.I used: IC2_paper3_cbj. Resize this paper by 65%.(Keep this paper open we are going to use this for the font.)Paste as a new layer. Load “Mask128” with these settings:Right click and merge group.Open a frame of choice, I used: IC2_frame4_cbj from the scrap kit and paste as a newlayer. Resize by 85%.Copy and paste as a new layer a bling, I used: IC2_bling_cbj, resize by 75%.Position to the right of your frame and make sure it’s below your tube layer.Click on the mask again to make active, and drag to stretch out beyond the frame.Copy and Paste your tube of choice as a new layer, I used: Keith Garvey “Galway Girl”.Make sure this layer is above the frame layer, and see mine to reference on the position.Duplicate this tube, and move over to the left of the frame, and drag this layer below your frame layer. Click on the frame to make active, and using the magic wand click inside of 2
 
the frame, Selections & Invert. Click on the lower tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, Select None. Now change the opacity of this layer to 37.Copy and paste your doodle: IC2_shamrockdoodles1_cbj from the kit as a new layer,resize by 85% and drag this layer under your mask layer.Copy and paste the beads out of the kit as a new layer: IC2_beadslt_cbj, resize by 50%.Go to the top tool bar, Image, Free Rotate, Right 45 degrees. Make sure to uncheck alllayers, before you do this. Now drag this to the top left of your frame. See mine to reference. Add a drop shadow.Duplicate this layer, and drag one under your frame. Click on the top layer to make activeand using your freehand selection tool, select around where you would like it to behidden. Hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, Select None.*For new taggers, your freehand selection tool is usually under your Magic Wand Tool onthe left toolbar, in the drop down menu.
 Now open any additional elements from the kit, copy and paste using the IC2_flair1_cbjand IC2_greenbeer_cbj, resize both by 85% and copy and paste as new layers. Positionabove your frame layer. Copy and paste a bow of choice, I used IC2_bow1_cbj, resize by50% and position up on the top left of your frame.Add a subtle drop shadow to your each of your layers that you haven’t already, exceptyour mask layer and white main layer. Now using Broadway BT font, type out “IRISH” in all caps at the bottom right. I usedfont size 65, stroke width 2, foreground color code: #efd47d and background the paper from your mask. Add a drop shadow.Add your name to the tag. I used LavishlyYoursROB font, but any flowy beautiful fontwill work. Font size 65, stroke width 1, foreground black and back ground color code:#e0ce10. Add a drop shadow. Now add your copyright and watermark .Save as a JPG or PNG or go to your next step for animation.3
