Pancha Bhuta Aradhana

The basis of all creation, including the physical body, are the five elements or the pancha bhuta. The wellbeing of the body and the mind can be established by purifying the five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body to become a stepping stone towards ones ultimate wellbeing rather than being a hurdle. There is a whole system of yoga called bhuta shuddhi, meaning purification of the elements. With the Pancha Bhuta Aradhana, Sadhguru opens up a unique opportunity for devotees to benefit from this deep yogic science which would otherwise require intense sadhana. The presiding deity for such a pursuit is Bhuteshwara, another aspect of Shiva. The Pancha Bhuta Aradhana is an effort to bring down that dimension of Grace of the Dhyanalinga upon the seeker. On the 14th day of every lunar month, known as Shivaratri, and especially on Mahashivaratri, there will be an opportunity to experience the Pancha Bhuta Aradhana at the Dhyanalinga between 5:40 pm and 6:10 am. The Pancha Bhuta Aradhana stabilizes body and mind and is particularly beneficial for those suffering from physical ailments, a weak constitution, psychological instabilities, disturbed sleep and a constant sense of fear. The Aradhana is also supportive for the fulfillment of ones ambitions. The Pancha Bhuta Aradhana includes an initiation with Abhaya Sutra, a thread specially consecrated to remove doubt and fear (Abhaya literally means without fear). If these two limiting forces can be dispelled from the mind, one can live life to ones full potential.
