We use contracted form in the interrogative negative sentence, not in the simple interrogative sentence, as shown here.

I mean it's not common to use the negative, instead of saying: I haven't got to work, it's more common to say: I don't have to work. Sure we use negative in questions, to show angry, admiration or to confirm something.
