electoral code because their posterswere tabloid which are acceptable, butafter being asked by George Parry, thecampaign manager for Team United, toinvestigate further on the basis that theposters were not in fact 11 by 17, theCEO found that the posters were in factlarger than 11 by 17 and not tabloidsize.
RULING:
The CEO rules that the postersmust come down and be replaced (ifthey would like) with tabloid-sizedposters. The cost of replacing theposters shall not be applied to the
budget of ‘A New RRRA’. This shall serve
as a verbal warning and violation (non-serious).

Michael De Luca, the Official Agent for
‘A New RRRA’ to add Daniel Shalinsky, a
can
didate for ‘A New RRRA’ on
Facebook, so that he could be added to
the ‘A New RRRA’ Facebook event, he
found that Mr. Shalinsky had graphicsthat were not approved by the Elections
Office and that Mr. Shalinsky’s ‘A NewRRRA’ Facebook cover photo was not
authorized. The CEO took a screencapture noting the time.
RULING:
 
 Standards for CampaignMaterials
is a regulation enacted by theelections office. The regulation wasbreached twice in two different ways(and the elections office will note that ifthe graphic had been submitted forapproval, that the elections office wouldhave pointed out there was noauthorized tag). In any case, twobreaches of the regulation results in twoviolations (non-serious). The CEO rulesall non-authorized material must beremoved from Facebook.

that because the CEO was not made an
administrator of the event ‘A New RRRA’
should be awarded an infraction.
RULING:
The CEO does not award aninfraction because he approved theFacebook event. The CEO does askhowever that he be made anadministrator of the Facebook event toprevent further confusion.
