Pizza rolls Flour about 600 gr 200ml of milk a little warm 50 gr of butter Dry yeast 15 gr Salt pepper dry

oregano garlic if you like tomatoe paste 2-3 tablespoons or ketchup if you prefer ham,cheese of your choosing graded, some parmeggiano cheese we dissolve the yeast in the milk add the butter to melt and add it to the flour ,add salt and mix until you get a dough that is not sticky to the fingers you will propably need a little warm water mix until its soft,cover in a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place for at least 30 min. cut the dough in half using little flour open in a big leaf aply the tomato of ketchup and with a spoon cover the leaf then add ham in small peaces(you can use any ingredient you like, pepperonis bacon etc) add cheese oregano pepper then roll the dough not tight , cut the roll in 2-3 cm thick turn each peace in your hand and squeeze it a little to have a disc place each disc in a baking sheet sprinkle with Parmigianino and bake until golden
