August 20, 2008

The time now is 1820 hours. My name is Detective Terry Jones; my code number’s 6354. I’m with Louisville Metro Police Department. This is a continuation interview with Mr. Guy Fell pertaining to the events that occurred on August 20th of 2008. Um, Mr. Fell and Mrs. Fell, did I ask any questions of your son while the tape was off?

Mrs. Fell
No.
Jones

No, and we stopped it because the… the practice, or at this particular day was over, and we didn’t want to be distracted, and I want to afford your son the privacy of giving an interview to me, okay. So I re-started the tape and we’re on Side B, and at this time I believe we led off to questioning as it relates to any teammates becoming ill. And at that time that Max Gilpin became ill and Antonio Calloway became ill..

Fell
Yes sir.
Jones
Was this during the drills, doing the running
sprints or after the running sprints?
Fell
During but I didn’t know while we were
running that they were ill.
