, 2008. Whileyou stated that you had been attending a soccer game at PRP High School, involvingWaggener and PRP?FrazierYes.JonesOkay, at that time, and can you uh, start fromthe point? The time you arrived there, and whatyou observed?FrazierI arrived about 5:45; the soccer game hadalready started.JonesUm-hum.FrazierAnd, uh, it was just a few minutes before Iheard the coach yelling at the football playersoff to my side. That uh, ‘cause a couple of ‘emwanted to go get some water. And, he toldthem they didn’t need water yet. He would tellthem when they could have a water break.And, I thought well that’s a little excessive,‘cause it’s so hot today. And, went back tolooking at the soccer game. And, just a fewmore minutes went by and I n…, once of the players became ill. And, they had to help himoff the field. And, they helped him to thewater. Few more went, minutes went by and asecond team player went down. And, they triedto help him off the field. But, he just totally passed out, and they had to lay him down onthe field.JonesOkay. And, what else happens after that?FrazierUh, the coaches or the assistants, whoever theyare, came over and they sat him up. Put someice on his neck and was trying to revive him.

And, what timedid you get there?FrazierAbout 5:45.JonesI’m, I’m sorry you were attending the soccer.FrazierAt the soccer game.JonesOkay. And, the soccer field is where, asrelated to the uh, player’s that were playingfootball or practice?FrazierIt was on the left side of this big field and thefootball players were uh, practicing on the rightside.JonesOkay. And, uh, so you stated that when youarrived you observed the uh, players runningdrills? Or, just, were they running or justhitting, or how were they?FrazierThey were just out on the field r…, (chuckling)…, they whatever football players do.JonesOkay. But, your attention kept focusing back tothe football practice, as opposed to the soccer game?FrazierYes.JonesAnd, why was that?FrazierBecause, they were yelling at ‘em so much, butI thought well, I guess that’s what they have todo.
