Yes, sir. Uh, my wife and I arrived uh, right
about the, the time the game started for the
soccer game. Which was uh, 5:30, maybe a
couple of minutes in advance. Uhm, she went
on into the game uh, but I stayed in the car. Uh,
simply because we had our 3 year old daughter
with us. And, she was asleep at the time. So, I
parked at the end of the field, of the soccer
field. And, just so happen uh, my daughter,
who\u2019s the goalie for, for uh, Waggener. Uh,
was at that end defending her goal. So, it was
a perfect view for me to watch the game, and
also stay in the vehicle. Uhm, the uh, water
fountain area, which uh, Mr. Gilpin and some
of the other players uh, came over to? Was in
between uh, the goal uh, where my daughter
was defending, and uh, the fence and my, and
my car. I was approximately; I\u2019d say 20 to 30
feet from the water area. Uh, as far as being
parked there. Uhm, \u2018cause I was right by, by
the edge of the uh, parking lot. Uhm, uh,
during the course of the game I saw numerous
players come over and get water, and go back.
And, I kinda took note of the piping system
that the, that they had there for the water, water
break. And, then I did witness uh, a black male
come over and uh, with assist of a couple of
other people. Uh, and be attended to uhm, like
he had uh, suffered. You know, either ran too
much, or suffered heat exhaustion or whatever.
I know that they put his head uh, in one of the
uh, little spickets that was uh, shooting water
out? And, had the other spicket uh, that was
had him bent over. And, the and the other
spicket was, was landing on his back, and
running down that way. He had no uh, shirt on,
or pads or anything like that. Strictly his
football pants and cleats. And, I did uh, he was
