It is with great pleasure to “Welcome” you to our annual bull sale.We are honored and consider it a blessing to be able to serve you.This marks our 5th sale together. Time flies when you’re havingfun! With each new season a head of us we are faced with the challenge of making decisions that impact our future. In these uncertain times it’simportant to reflect on key principles of success. We are a great nation.It’s in God that we put our trust, not in the market, the government, the  weather or the many other factors that try to influence our lives. Stay fo- cused on being the best that you can be with the future ahead of you!Stay positive realizing that there are cycles in everything and opportunityis just around the corner.The cattle business has been good! Now is the time to focus onquality and productivity. With that all said this is what we are focused on doing, bringing you the best possible bulls that we can raise. The bulls are not fed to break records. They are fed to grow and mature intobreeding bulls that will go out into your herds and produce a profitable calf crop for you.This group of bulls are super sound in structure and loaded with proven pedigrees and performance. Fertility Testing

Registration
Registration papers will be transferred oneach bull to the new owner upon completsettlement.
Livestock Insurance
Please tell the sale clerks when you check out if you would like to insure your pur- chases, and they will record the necessary information. All purchases are the buyers’responsibility as soon as they are sold.

Sale Terms & Conditions
Terms
: Terms of the sale are cash, check, or other terms agreed to in writing betwen seller, buyer, and sale manager payable immediately upon conclusion of the sale before animals will be moved. Sale Managers reserve the right to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any cattle.
Purchaser’s Risk
: All animals are the owner’s risk prior to their sale and become property of the purchaser as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer.
Bidding
: Any disputes or challenges regarding bids or tie bids will be settled by the auctioneer and his decision will be final.
Certificate of Registry
: A certificate of registry for each animal will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense.
Announcements
: Any errors or changes in information contained in the catalog will be announced from the block and such announcements shall take precedence over the information contained herein.
Health
: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment. Interstat health papers prepared b y an accredited veterinarian will be furnished on each animal sold.Arrangements for International Shipment should be made with the sale managers prior to the auction. All efforts for the exportation of cattle can be arrangedthrough the sale manager.
Breeding Gaurantee
: All animals are guaranteed by the seller as outlined in the Red Angus Assocition of America Code of Ethical Sale Practices.
Liabilities
: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The seller, auction facility, and sale managers assume no liability for any accidents that may occur. Neither do the seller, auction facility, or sale managers assume liability for loss or injury to livestock due to theft, mysterious disapperance, sickness, im- proper handling, or Act of God. It is to be clearly understood that the sale managers and their representatives act only as a medium between the buyer and the seller. They are not responsible in any way for the failure on the part of the buyer and seller to live up to their obligations or for the truth of any warranties or representation, expressed or implied. Neither does the sale manager assume any financial obligation to collect or enforce collection of monies between parties.Any legal action that may in exceptional cases be taken must be between the buyer and the seller. This catalog has been prepared by the sale manager frompedigrees and information supplied by sources deemed reliable; however, the sale manager will in no way guarantee the pedigree, percetages of the animals selling, or data included in this catalog. Any exception taken are between the buyer and the seller.
Contract
: The above terms and conditions of sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller of each animal and shall be equally binding uponboth. Each sale or resale of an animal constitutes a separate transaction.
Breeding Guarantee
All bulls are sold as guaranteed breeders to settle cows in natural service. If within six months following the sale, the buyer has evidence that the bull is not a breeder, the buyer may obtain a statement signed by a licensed veterinarian to that effect, such statement also indicating that there has been no injury or illness to the animal following the sale, and return the bull to original seller, Finch Cattle or Rich Red Angus, for adjustment. If we (Finch or Rich) cannot then prove the bull to be a breeder, an adjustment will be made by either, substituting a bull of equal value, or credit towards the purchase of a bull at any future Finch/Rich production sale.
