Date: September 9, 2008

Colbert
Yes sir.
Arnold

Okay. I'm taking the statement in reference to the events that occurred on August 20, 2008, and those events occurred during a PRP football practice. And if you could, uh, Isaiah, explain to me, uh, from the beginning of practice to the end, what, what happened on that day.

Colbert
Uh, I didn't even come that day.
Arnold
You didn't come to practice that day?
Colbert
No sir.
Arnold

Okay. So would you know how many water breaks were given to the team or each individual?

Colbert

Well, on a daily basis, we get, uh, a water break like after every little team take-off. We do. We, uh, so that's probably about four or five water breaks a day we get. Probably that, that day, I heard, I just heard around that we got three because like people kept getting' in trouble; so obviously, that's why, why

we ran the whole time.
Arnold
People did get in trouble that day?
Colbert

I guess… Yeah. Like Coach, they wasn't listenin' to Coach, so…. Any time like we usually get in trouble, we just have to line basically.

Arnold
Okay. Well, that's pretty standard…
Colbert
Yeah.

Arnold
Yes sir.
Colbert
Uh, three.

Three that day? Okay. And obviously, just so it's clear, this is what you're hearin', not because…

Colbert
Yeah.
Arnold
…you know because you were not there.
Colbert
Yes sir.
Arnold

Okay. Uh, do you know what they, why they didn't practice that day? I know you said that, uh, they got in some trouble for not listening?
