Post graduate thesis for LL.M programme at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, discussion raised were concerning whether corporate litigation is available in Indonesia, what are the requirements and the number of the occurrence of shareholder litigations against the company. This thesis starts with a description of corporate litigation as has been conducted throughout the years in the US, following that corporate litigation under Indonesian law were discussed, including the possibility of using class actions in Indonesian corporate shareholders suits.
