 Ingrediente1 kg pulpa curcan200 gr ketchup picant usturoi, ghimbir sare, piper  Mod de preparare Desfacem pulpa de curcan felii si condimentam cu sare si piper peambele parti 
 Prajim carnea in doua trei linguri de ulei pana se rumenesteusor.adaugam usturoiul pisat (2-3 catei dupa gust) si putin ghimbir tocat marunt.Lasam pana se inmoaie putin usturoiul si ghimbirul si seintrepatrund aromele.
 Adaugam ketchup-ul picant , sau orice alt sos picant aveti in casa.
