was selected as one of the five sites to be part of the NextGeneration Development Programme (NGDP). The NGDP training programme is delivered by LEADInternational and LEAD Mexico in partnership with the financial organisation HSBC and consultingorganisation Future Considerations.As mentioned during our visit, the core objective of this training programme is to provide an opportunity forHSBC

emerging leaders to experience real sustainable development challenges and work together with thehost organisations in developing and delivering solutions that will ultimately add value to local communitiesand the environment.The programme will take place from May 10

and a group of 20 international participants (finalnumbers still to be agreed) will visit the project during that week. As part of this cooperation agreement wewould like to have the support from your organisation to organise all local logistical requirements, arrangemeetings with local stakeholders and provide technical advice for the HSBC group about the sustainabilityaspects related to the project. LEAD Mexico will also provide logistical assistance for the delivery of thisproject and will be your main point of contact. LEAD Mexico staff will communicate with you shortly to kickoff preparations.
