I am an American living in China, I purchased a Honda and took it to a dealer for repair. The work was never preformed and when I called Guandzhou to complain the told me they would take care of my problem with the dealership in Qionghai. Guess what she called back and said that store wasn't listed with their office. However later that day I found out it was. They found their own Honda dealership DUH. I was lied to repeatedly by the Honda dealership. They told me they would take care of everything just leave my car there. After 5 days I was informed they have not even started the work on my car. It is a long story of all the things they promised they could do. But when it came to the end the story changed over and over again. Once again I called them to lodge a complaint I was treated very rudely and unprofessionly.So I asked to speak to her boss and she said she was the boss, not willing to let it go. I said give me the number for the World Headquarters in Japan. Not only did she refuse me that number , she informed me," Bluntly Japan cannot help you I am the top person in China." Complaining to Japan will never happen they don't care. Now I am sure this is not the case so I am attempting to still contact their complaint department in Japan But no such luck yet In any case since sound truck with 10 ft x 16 billboards are widely used for advertisements in China I sincerely believe I shall rent one and have them drive around this city till I get results. Thanks for the Internet, next after I send this to everyone who may take up this matter I shall rent an Asvertisment truck, and on to You tube next M Hall PhD
