last
year

Welsh
in
his
capacity
as
ihe President
of
the Autism
Treatment
Trust inEdinburgh submitted a
complaint
against
our
client to the Generaj Medicai Council ("GMC")
on
fitness
topractice
and
professional
conduct
matters.
It
has
come
to
our
cilent's attention
that
this complaint
has
now
been
published on
the
