Step - 1 WRITE YOUR BASIC SALARY AS ON 01/01/2006 IN THE YELLOW CELLStep - 2 WRITE YOUR GRADE BAND IN BLUE CELL .IF YOU DO NOT KNOW GRADEBAND THEN REFER TABLE.GRADE PAY BAND IS LIKE 2400,2800,4200 ……..Step - 3Step - 4 WRITE YOUR INCREMENT IN RUPESS IN PINK CELLStep - 5 WRITE YOUR NEW HRA. IT IS 10 % FOR RURAL AND 20 % FOR A CITY WHOSEPOPULATION IS GRATHER THEN 5 LAKHSStep - 6 WRITE YOUR ALL OTHER ALLOWANCES IN BLUE CELLStep - 7NOW GO THE FOLLOWING ARREARS CALCULATION SHEET AND SEE IT.PRINT IT IN LEGEAL SIZE PAPER. DO NOT SET PRINT MARGIN. IT IS OK.Step - 8 NOW GO THE FOLLOWING SALARY OF APRIL 2009 SHEET AND SEE IT.PRINT IT IN LEGEAL OR A4 SIZE PAPER. DO NOT SET PRINT MARGIN. IT IS OK.
