Breast Tumors always gives the impression that scary for women. Although not life-threatening. benign conditions can cause pain or discomfort for some patients. Histopathology of breast tumors consist of benign lesions such as; Fibroadenoma, and Papiloma Intraduktus. carcinoma In Situ and carcinoma Infiltratif which is a malignant breast lesions. Objectibves. Identify of clinicopathologic breast tumor general hospital raden mattaher jambi 2009. Methods. This study is a descriptive study of a retrospective survey. The research was conducted in March 2011 to Mei 2011. The population is all of medical record women suffering from breast tumors. there are 63 samples. The data was collected with a view medical record Patients in the diagnosis of Breast Tumors. Data analysis was accomplished using the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) for windows v.17, namely descriftive. Results. The study found that there were 63 samples, The most frequent benign tumor of breast 54%, in benign tumors often occur in the age 15-24 years (78,38%) and Of the 30 cases of malignant tumors all (100%) occur in age 45-64 years. the right breast is most common breast tumor (84,1%). Fibroadenoma and invasive mammary duct carcinoma are both frequent histopathological type (41,27%). Conclusion. the right breast is most common breast tumor (84,1%).
