Research the weather conditions for the duration of your trip. Find this information by following the directions andusingwww.weather.com. Fill in the high/low temperatures and the forecasted conditions for New York City for thedates indicated on the calendar. HINT: You may need to check back on a regular basis to get information for alldates.

Select at least 3 hotels from the list provided and research their costs per night for a hotel close to New York City.Choose your hotel based on the information you have about your budget. Remember to add 8% tax to your nightlyrate. Write the amount per night in the boxes for the 2 nights you plan to stay. Include this information on your Broadway Trip Budget worksheet and deduct it from your budget as well.

Look at the website for the Brooks-Atkinson Theatre. Locate the theatre’s address and write it on the line below.
Use this address and your school address to determine the number of miles you will travel by using the mapquestsite and clicking directions at the top of the main screen. Write in the total number of miles you will travel round-trip(to New York City and back).

Review the Brooks-Atkinson site. Decide if there is any type of dress code required for attending the show. If so,revise your list of clothing needed for the trip.
