This guide, a couple of years ago available in the Intel site (but not easy to find), and apparently not longer available, is designed to give an overview of basic PC troubleshooting and to be used as a quick reference guide. The first section will give an overview of the PC and describe the individual components as they relate to troubleshooting the PC. The second part (pp. 112 ss.) list common problems and will discuss on how to isolate these, embracing electrical, hardware, BIOS, drivers, software, viruses, etc. failures
