Regional Client Survey:
To respond to the Regional ClientSurvey, the Region will endeavour toreport back on the outcomes to allBC First Nations at the end of thisfiscal year. As part of client engagementactivities, the Region will review ourcurrent approach to client serviceengagement to identify the types of feedback the Region requires andhow this feedback will be obtained.This will link to the National ServiceManagement Initiative to ensurenational consistency.March 2012March 2012June 2012March 2012
As part of the BC Region First NationsEngagement Strategy, a Joint Gathering washeld in February 2012 which included over 140representatives from First Nations andOrganizations in BC. Two engagementsessions were held to seek feedback on theservices the Region provides to First Nationsand First Nations Organizations. The FinalReport is being prepared and once completewill be shared with all participants.
RO Update:The Regional Operations Sector,Operations and Planning SupportsDirectorate has taken the lead in ServiceStandard Management within AANDC.
